A factory in the New Aryan State has recently begun production of the gas 'Phosgene'. Phosgene is highly toxic, and when inhaled causes coughing, burning sensations in chest. Severe exposure can result in bloody sputum, and fatal destruction of lung tissue. When Phosgene comes into contact with human skin, however, it is merely an irritant, though prolonged exposure will cause burns.
The gas will be stored in barrels, and fixed to tanks, with a spray system for fast deployment. Aerial deployment will not be employed, due to the danger of the Phosgene being carried away from it's target by wind.
