Introduction
Background -- In the beginning of TBD, she was ruled by a evil dictator named John Ghramn. He harbored several terrorist groups including, but not limited to, Inner Heaven, Imperial Heaven, Terror of the World, and The American Martyrs. On June 10, 2004, John Ghramn was captured by MacGonzo, a rebel leader. This came off of several rocket attacks on MacGonzo's home and family. At one time, MacGonzo was declared dead. After much deliberation, a democracy was decided upon by a board of influential Burnsians.

On June 11, 2004, an embassy in Greenhome belonging to The Burnsian Desert was bombed by Wexico. Wexico was a sattilite nation of TROUSRS, and TBD's president decared war on the 12th. This war led to the killing of over 8 million women and children in a massive nuclear carpet-bombing. Only a few thousand Burnsians were left in the country, most poisoned by the radiation. Several nations, including Greenhome, Arila, and Tuesday Heights helped in the cleanup. After partisan forces and allied forces began reconstructing cities, the Queendom was formed to lead TBD into the new age. A young teenage pilot, Rachel Romalia, who flew a MiG-27 during the war, was chosen as the Queen.

Several terrorist attacks and terrorist invasions attempted to reinstate the dictatorship, and all lead to a crumbling of the country. After it broke an important promise to down a terrorist aircraft, Dr_Twist extorted a large amount of land from The Burnsian Desert. Before the comprimise that pulled all Twistian forces out of TBD, diplomatic battles raged over the area and to whose government it rightly belonged. Der Auftrag bought a large piece of land as well.

After a brief MIA from world politics, The Burnsian Desert conducted several Black-Ops operations on random concentration camps and strongholds of smaller nations. To this day, Burnsian authorities deny involvement.

During a stay at a slavery conference, then-General Sylvia Katrina Romonovov, the Military Advisor to the late Queen, met William Fabus. There, they hatched a plan to assassinate Her Highness Queen Rachel A. Romalia. During a rally celebrating free trade in TBD, a suicide bomber blew himself up in front of a stage where Her Highness was speaking. The Queen was obliterated in the blast.

He is unmarried, and law requires him to take a bride within 2 years of taking the throne, or he will be forced to designate an heir. Now, I realize that we are allied in trade only, but you also have a royal family alliance category. Is your nation interested in providing a royal bride for Emperor Erik I? If so, then our two nations could be allied for ages. If not, then we shall have to continue our search.

If I may continue the thought process... our Sultan keeps concubines. At the time of service, they are not paid in any form you would recognize as such. Their needs are all seen to, but this is a contractual position.

At the end of the contracted period, if not renewed, they are given applicable reward for their service. If their flames are extinguished while in service, those they named in contract are given recompense, as spelled out in these contracts.

Is this slavery? We believe not. Then again, we do not believe those in our country who practice alternate lifestyles are committing acts of "slavery" though they may label them as such - our laws are rather precise about what is condoned and what is not, but we believe anyone may freely enter into any contract they desire, with certain mandated "out clauses" in all such contracts existing by law.

As such, there is no form of "forced slavery" in effect anywhere in our country, save as penal activity.

My question then would be - given these circumstances, would you consider such activity slavery?

Assuming the negative response, perhaps you would consider an exchange of embassies?

Ok. We found a solution to our problem. The Emperors are always encouraged to marry a bride of Ninthian heritage. We found a lost tribe of Ninthians on the island which our tribe originally came from. The Emperor has talked the land into merging with ITD and providing a bride, the lost tribe's king's daughter, who will help continue our Emperor's lineage.

Although that is not a required area, it is suggested because it is essentially the nerve center of ambassadors to Grenval. You may also wish to locate in Rufushian, the military nerve center of Grenval. But alas, no foreign diplomats are allowed in Blair, Grenval.
