Though we do not wish to intervene directly or meddle to any degree, we do express our concern as to the treatment of a foreign citizen...we believe that deportation would be sufficient.

Deportation is not a punishment; it is an insult to our people that a criminal goes unpunished, as what would the reason for a fair trial be? We do not discriminate on nationality. Burnsians get the same treatment as Hamptonians or Euroslavians or terrorists.

We will need a fingerprint and a DNA sample to determine his citizenship.
If he is a citizen we will be sending attorneys, if not, he is probably from the myriads of refugees that go through our nation all the time.
