Would this plane be able fly effectivly? Could we add 2 .50 cal machine guns?

I would like to say yes, but there is some information you would also need.

One is a picture, fiction or non-ficton that looks a lot like what you want your aircraft to be.

Your fuel, is that both external and internal?

Your fuel seems to break that a bit if it is internal....

Rule of thumb:
The wings should usually be at least 1/5 longer than the body for low speed aircraft (below mach .60, which 400 knots I belive is below that if I am right).

Also,
What about the tailplane, gear tracks, and the extra information? Or is this just a base?
