How?

We have a new facility that will will process guts, feathers, bones, and blood and whatever else we throw in and use them to make 500 gallons of oil.
Out of 100 Btus in a given unit of feedstock, only 15 Btus are used to power the process, with the remainder residing in oil, gas, and chemicals. Most important, the oil produced in these tests easily meets the specifications for diesel fuel.
The front end of the plant is producing organic liquors and free fatty acids, and the back end does make a diesel fuel product.
Even everyday house waste and human bio waste can be used by our machine to make fuel.

OOC: Ew. Err, tag. Interesting concept, it'll be interesting to watch how it works.

[OOC- *squint* Is this a devious attempt to devalue the countries that have oil as their main export? Or am I reading way too much in.]

[OOC-Yes.]
But could it be used to devalue the oil-based countries' economies? Or am I reading too much into what it will be used for?

How do you do that?

Yeah, there will probably be some devaluation as nations become less dependent on foreign oil, so oil nations will have to find another way to make money.

Simple. Find an Oil-Based enemy. Start giving the technology out to EVERYONE. For free, if you have to.

If the country's main export is oil, as nations become less dependant upon oil, enemy begins losing export money. Defecit rises. Continue as needed.

OOC: Sounds exactly like what our NS company TDP tech is based on. I read the article last year.

All that ought to pollute the environment a good bit, though.

...Not that I care (in NS, at least).

One more post!

We can't help but notice your recent advances in self-sufficiency and how it closely matches our own TDP tech. Would you be interesting in a research collaboration?

Whittier would welcome this proposal.

We've been off of foriegn oil for some time now. Our power needs are supplied by fusion technology, and we have recently unveiled hydrogen-powered cars- and perhaps tanks!

Very well. You may assemble a small team of whomever you deem necessary to meet our TDP tech scientists and company reps. A small contigent of bodyguards may accompany them, but they should be lightly armed. We will expect you at Vrak Prime International Airport.

No the Vrakians put people like Jeffery Dalmer and the kid that swiped my pocket book in the system. So in Vrak you are driving on the bones of the guilty...
