The King of the Swedish Dominions, Phillip I
Issues this statement to the international community

The Swedish Dominions has been at war, under occupation. All thanks to weak leaders. They have all tried to create a stable nation with parlamentarian democracies, communist republic. They have all failed.
My predececor, King Carl Eric was assassinated by an angry mob.
This may not happen again.

My task was to create a democratic government.
Well, i'm not gonna do that.
I need to be strong, and powerful to control this nation.
I hereby wants to be titeled as Kaiser of the Swedish Dominions.

*A man steps up and starts to whisper into the "Kaisers" Ear*

This is our soldiers, although we use modern weapons.

The Republic of Octovonia wishes the best to the people of the Swedish Dominions and to Kaiser Philip I.

The Grand Duchy of Monte Ozarka officially recognizes the new government under the Kaiser.

Citizens of a country cannot live happily under unstable governments. Freedoms are nice, but one has to take these things one step at a time.

We hope that His Highness the Kaiser Philip I can reverse the situation in the Swedish Dominions.
