Parthians News Network-

Today a mass mobilization of Parthian troops stationed in Hormuz and the two carrier battle groups and amphibious invasion units have taken place. This massive deployment is considered by political and military analysts to be foolish at the time since we are hevily involved in Azerbaijan hunting terrorists.

Satellites overhead fixed their lenses and sensors on the nation of Parthia as well as the massive military forces on the move. These movements and actions to come would be watched by the Neo-Soviet Russia's intelligence and security agency.

(Moving a nice bit of equipment...someone's not going to be happy it seems.)

Due to the as-of-yet unexplained mass mobilization of these troops and fleets, an official notice telling of this move has been dispatched to all GDMO forces. Our level of military alertness will not be raised from LEVAL 1, but all forces will be on the lookout for developments in their area.

This mass mobilization is met with general confusion by the Octovonian State Intelligence Agency. This mobilization is thought to be of hostile nature, unless proven otherwise by Parthian officials. Octovonian officials have hightened the alert status and called an emergency defense meeting to acertain the nature of this mobilization and Octovonia's defensive strategy in the case of open-conflict. Meetings with fellow allied nations are to follow in the face of this massive mobilization.

The Octovonian Prime Minister, Ian McKinney feels that a military alliance at this time will only escalate the situation and perhaps lead to a conflict with the Parthians. Economic and Political ties can be arranged, but at this time Octovonia is at a time of mourning after the death of High Chairman Octo von Strausser.

Herr Fuhrer, I received a message regarding a massive mobilization in a nation called 'The Parthians'. We have no idea why.

The advisor gave the Fuhrer a folder with the royal seal on it. The Fuhrer started at it for a brief moment and continued to look out the window.

Thank you Mr Tarver, you may go now.

Can we beging the operation yet? I'd like to neutralize the Egyptian Air Force, preferably on the ground. But Air-to-Air is also good, because the egyptians usually take 20-30 losses to get 1 enemy. My pilots are itching for a fight. :)

I would suggest setting up a regional HQ inside the Giza pyramids. The Egyptians....the world would not attack it.

The world won't do anything regardless of what we do. I'll have over 7,500 T-98 tanks in Egypt. I'll also have probably over 5,000-10,000 SA-19s to make sure enemy air forces matter nothing. Then there are our air forces and such. They are much better than the Abrams, each tank costs about 10 million.

Also I've carefully positioned my nuclear submarines near potential enemies for "drop-shots" as a way to bluff them into not intervening.

I think we're safe to go ahead, the world won't do anything. How about this, if the world starts any trouble we sink dozens of large ships in the Suez Canal thus blocking it up for months possibly years.

All we're going to do is change who owns Egypt, commerce will still flow, provided we get our cut. :)

I think we can soon begin the operation.

The Egyptians don't attack anything, well at least not in any coordinated and proper manner. That is the problem. In most of the Arab-Israeli wars, they either charged straight at the Israelis and were cut to pieces or flanked and smashed. Or they sat in trenches and waited for the Israelis to attack, even when they drove the Israeli attacks back, only perhaps 5% of the time they counter-attacked, and most of those were small local affairs. They never did anything considered "Militarily brilliant".

Egyptian forces will be swept aside in a matter or days.

In Yemen in the 60s when Egypt was fighting the Yemeni guerillas (Who were basically rebels fighting conventional style) the egyptians would wind up getting surrounded and nearby egyptian units only 1/2 mile away would refuse to move to help their comrades because they had to call Cairo and get authorization to do so, it took about 24-48 hours to get the authorization. Same with their artillery and air support, it took 24-48 hours for lieutenants and captains to be able to call in supporting strikes.

Against Israel in the 6 day war, Egyptian commanders reported "Great victories". They even reported, "We'll soon be in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem." As a result the Jordanians launched a massive assault to link up with the Egyptian army they believed was heading to Jerusalem. In reality the Egyptians had abandoned (sometimes they buried) their equipment and made a mad dash for the Canal to escape the Sinai. Cairo ordered a "general withdraw" From the Sinai and all units made their way out. Some conducted very good "fighting retreats", most units the senior commanders jumped into their staff cars and fled, leaving their men to die. But some units the generals stuck behind, the men took off. There were literally droves of Egyptians running through the Sinai for the canal.

In the Gulf War I, the egyptian forces performed very poorly. The Americans had to help them out a lot. The egyptians fired their artillery at positions the Iraqis had deserted, but they had to fire because their orders from weeks ago were to "fire at those positions at a set time." They had to call Cairo and get authorization to stop firing at empty positions.

In preparation for the operation I am launching the air attacks to neutralize to Egyptian Air Force on the ground and silence their AA and SAM weaponry.

The Egyptian radar didn't make much of the massive movement of CM aircraft, CM aircraft had been flying massive patrols for weeks now and the Egyptians were just ignoring most movements. But this time was different, 1,000 CM Su-25s, 2,000 F-16Ds, 500 B-52s, 500 MiG-31s, 500 F-35 JSF (Land Based) and about 1,000 other craft are involved in the operation. They flew in at a low-level to avoid radar. 500 Mi-24 helicopters slammed missiles into the early warning radar and other key radar. Wild Weasels began neutralizing SAM sites. Su-25s strafed AA guns.

Then began the attacks against the Egyptian air bases. The runways were going to be cratered, the planes strafed on the ground, the barracks bombed to pieces.

As soon as the egyptian air force, their radar network, and the sam sites were neutralized, the 10 Parachute Divisions would jump into locations all throughout Egypt. 5 Division would jump into the Western side of the canal to help seal the Egyptians into the Sinai. The other's will jump into key cities, 2 will jump to take Cairo, 2 will jump to take Alexandria, 1 will jump to take Suez.

The 5 rapid response Airmobile Divisions will helicopter into Egypt. 2 will go for Cairo, 1 for Alexandria, and 2 for Suez.

5 Rapid Response Airmobile Infantry Divisions (Each 18,000 Light Infantry, with 2,250 Mi-24 assault helicopters for transporting and fire support. 200 CH-46 Transport helicopters. Assorted shoulder launched SAM and AT weapons, mortars, and 50 155mm Howitzers)

10 Parachute Divisions (Each 18,000 paratroopers, 500 C-130s to transport men and equipment, 2,500 hummers (1,500 M998, 400 M1043, 500 M1025, and 100 M1035) assorted light vehicles (200 M1083 Standard Cargo Trucks), shoulder launched weaponry (AT and AA), mortars, light artillery, and assorted reconnaissance vehicles)

At an early warning radar station on the mediterranean coast. The egyptian soldiers at the station were picking up what they determined was over 5,000 aircraft. They paid no attention to it though because the CM forces had been flying massive amounts of craft for weeks. The soldiers at the station paid no attention until it was too late, Mi-24s fired 6 missiles at the station. Similar things happened all along the coast as early warning stations were being taken out. Then the main attack craft fly in to hit the Egyptian airbases and command and control facilities.

At a decent sized Egyptian air base about 25 miles east of Cairo, the pilots were just getting up for breakfast. The early warning radar would surely warn them if there was any trouble, or so they thought. There were 36 MiG-21s and 8 MiG-29s parked at various places at the airbase. The pilots were walking to the messhall when suddenly bombs and missiles started impacting against the base and the planes. Within about 60 second every plane was destroyed except for 2 MiG-29s and 5 MiG-21s, but the pilots refused to get airborne to either escape or confront the attackers, they had no orders to do so. The next wave of CM craft came in and finished the job by wiping out the remaining craft.

Similar things happened all throughout egypt that day. Within 6 hours, Egypt had no fixed wing aicraft left in the Sinai and only about 90-100 aircraft left in the rest of Egypt. CM forces lost 12 aircraft to ground battery fire and 1 to an egyptian MiG-29.

The egyptians did manage to get about 200 MiG-21s and 50 MiG-29s into the air to try to stop the CM forces. 25 CM F-14s, 25 F-16Ds, and 30 MiG-31s shot down all of the 200 MiG-21s sent against them with no loss to their own forces. The Egyptian MiG-29s managed to down 4 F-16s but all the MiG-29s were lost.

About 1 hour after the air attacks had ended, civilians reported sighting Parachutists. The invasion had begun.

The CM air ace Herman von Thaller (Yes related to General Gunther Thaller) shot down 36 MiG-21s and 12 MiG-29s. He also destroyed 24 assorted aircraft on the ground.

Egyptian ground forces began to move into the Sinai fearing an Israeli invasion, they also moved towards Suez, Alexandria, and Cairo, which they figured would need reinforcements to stop the parachute and helicopter units.

The Egyptian 3rd Armored Division, 2nd Mechanized Division, 5th Infantry Division, 7th Infantry Division, and 6th Infantry Division were all put on full alert in the eastern Sinai.

Rumors that Syria and Jordan were putting their forces on full alert also were being reported. (If somebody who controls Syria or Jordan wants to intervene, we'll have to talk it over with all the people involved here)

Our most recent intelligence of the strength of the Egyptian forces revealed this

Army:

Colonel Herman von Thaller was in his painted and customized F-16D. He had painted his plane to look like a threatening shark. His plane had a One M-61A1 20mm multibarrel cannon with 500 rounds and for now the rest of the payload was 12 AIM-120s. His plane was designed to handle more missiles. He was seeking targets. His radar came to life, something was coming his way, and here he was all alone, he didn't even break a sweat.

What was coming his way were 8 Egyptian MiG-21s and 2 MiG-29s. The egyptians refused to use radar because they didn't understand it, instead they used visual sighting.

They were completely obvlivious when missiles started impacting into their craft. 7 of the MiG-21s and 1 of the MiG-29s went down immediately. The other two were quick to evade and dodged left and right, they didn't know what was going on. They panicked and fled, trying desperately to get out of the area. Another missile was fired and slammed into the MiG-21. The MiG-29 pilot decided to try to use his radar but he didn't know what any of it meant. He began to curse himself for not learning about radar. His yelling was ended when a missile slammed into his plane.

Colonel Thaller had claimed 10 more kills.

About Colonel Herman Von Thaller (35) The most well known and the greatest fighter ace in CM. Has 258 aerial kills to his credit and 482 kills if you include aircraft he’s destroyed that were on the ground (224). He is a dashing, daring, adventurous, and handsome “Fly boy”. He is currently taking part in the war in Egypt.

Basically Thaller is what all the other pilots aspire to be.

Al-Ghardaqah, Egypt.

The Parthian fleet opened fire on the town, Iowa battleships unloaded their 16 inch guns on the Egyptians. Ticonderoga crusiers opened fire with their tomahawks, unleashing a barrage of 30 missiles on the Egyptians. Landing ships began to head to the beach along with hovercrafts carrying tanks. Super Cobra attack helicopters flew off the Tarawa and headed towards the mainland. For thirty minutes the naval forces hit the area, stopping only as the first Persians stepped onto Egypt. Seargeant Shapour Kiyanfar smirked, his men were to be the first Persians to conquer Egypt in 1400 years. They would be honored. Shapour braced as the hovercraft hit the beach and deployed the ramp. "Go, Go, Go," he screamed to his platoon. They ran forward into the town followed by a M2-A3 Bradley IFV. Above he could spot F-14s heading towards clouds of flak and dropping 2000 pound bombs, silencing the AA.

Alexandria, Egypt.
Two Parthian Iowas opened fire on the suburbs of Alexandria. F-18s roared overhead, dropping munitions on suspected troop concentrations. Cluster warhead equipped Tomahawks fired off from the Arleigh Burke destroyers exploded above their targets, showering military installations with bomblets. Super Cobras unleashed hellfire missiles on BMP-3s and T-64 tanks, leaving empty, burning hulls.

Gaza, IDF- 500 F-15Es and 100 JSFs tore off the runways and headed towards Egypt. The strike airplanes were joined by 300 F-15s and 50 F-22s to escort the other aircraft. Each broke off into a group of three planes, one escort and two strke planes, and headed towards their pre-determined targets: SAM sites and Radars across Egypt. The strike planes were equipped with HARM missiles, deadly to radars. They also carried two 2,000 pound bombs for use on AA guns. Within 3 hours Egyptian radar coverage across the Sanai was cut.

Port Said, Egypt-
10,000 Men in Blackhawks and Pave-Low helicopters flew a mere 50 feet above the Egyptian Landscape. Radars and SAM sites had been knocked out by the air attacks and now their destination was in sight- Port Said. Apache helicopters accompanied the Air Cavalry, ready to hunt tanks or BMPs. As the helicopters approached their destination such tanks became visible- two
T-55 tanks headed for the drop zone. The Apaches pulled out of formation and pulled forward, unleashing hellfire missiles on the T-55s. The hellfires impacted onto the tanks and exploded with enough force to blow the turrets skywards. The troops now had a clear LZ.

4,000 commandos from RG Special Forces Division had jumped into Aswan to capture the key dam. They were tasked with overpowering the guards and seizing the dam intact.

Moving about 50 miles west outside the city of Tanta, there were 9 Divisions of Egyptian soldiers moving north by west towards Alexandria to confront forces moving south towards Cairo. 126,000 soldiers in all. 3 Infantry Divisions, 4 Armored Divisions, and 2 Mechanized Divisions.

There were approximately 600 T-72 tanks, 300 T-62 tanks and 1,200 T-55 tanks moving forward. This would have been a fairly large percentage of tanks going by current intelligence estimates, but those estimates were quite low, only showing about 4/10s of egyptian armored forces, and 8/10 of infantry forces.

The tanks were accompanied by over 2,000 BMP-2 and 500 BMP-3, and 1,200 BTRS of various types.

2,100 egyptian tanks vs 1,000 CM tanks (But CM tanks are T-98, Egyptians have nothing more than T-72s, T-62s and T-55)

Also Egyptian Armored Divisions only have 1 Brigade of Panzer Grenadiers (5,000 total), CM Armored Divisions have 3 Brigades (18,000 total) Cm Armored Divisions also have Mobile SAMS, G-6 155mm SPA, and 2,250 BMP-3s.

The units heading straight towards them were the 1st RG Armored Division, and the 2nd RG Armored Division. It was going to be no contest, even though outnumbered over 2:1, the CM forces were better in every way that mattered and they had air superiority.

The battle will begin when I get back from where I am going today. I'll be back in a few hours.

The egyptians were charging straight forward at the CM forces, the CM divisions would each send 1 armored Brigade and 1 PG brigade to hit the egyptians in the flanks, something the egyptians never did was adequately cover flanks.

The battle starts soon.

Al Ghardaqah, Egypt-

Seargeant Shapour Kiyanfar peeked ever so slightly out a window, outside this house they had taken up to cut off the escape of Egyptian forces from the city center he could see three BTR-2s moving down the street. One looked damaged and was limping 30 feet behind the others billowing a cloud of smoke. He turned to one of the platoon's heavy weapons soldiers and told him to take three SMAW equipped soldiers up to the third floor and to destroy the BMPs. Three of the four heavy weapons soldiers ran up the stairs and picked a window. They adjusted their SMAWs and when Shapour gave the order to fire the AT rockets ripped out and destroyed each of the BMPs.

Parthian Command Center- Al Ghardaqah

"It looks like The 1st Immortals have neutralized most of the Egyptian armour with the help of the 3rd Armored: 10 T-64s, 30 BTRs, 50 BRDMs. Companies A,B, and C have surrounded Egyptian forces and forced them to take refuge in a Mosque. Company D has helped in cutting off the retreat of Egyptian forces. But what should we do to destroy the egyptian forces in the mosque?"

General Rostam Bahari tohught at the question..... what should be done... to take it by assault was too costly. Instead...."Bomb it and everyone inside."

The two Republican Guard Armored Divisions moving to confront the 9 Egyptian Divisions were the 1st and 2nd RG Armored Divisions.

1st Division= “Judgment Day” (Drawn from Neshoba County)
2nd Division= “The White Knights of Mississippi” (Drawn from WKM members from any county)

Field Marshal Reginald Smith commands the 1st Division, and Field Marshal Bertrand Navarre commands the 2nd Divisions. Navarre is temporarily blind (will be for about 30 days due to black powder flashes burning his retinas) and Smith has a major injury to his left leg (hunting accident).

The Egyptian commander of the 2nd army was Field Marshal Abdel Hakim Nasser al Tanta. He had 3 infantry, 4 armored, and 2 mechanized divisions racing towards Alexandria. He was confident that his forces would smash through whatever was in front of them. He had 600 T-72 tanks, 300 T-62 tanks, 1200 T-55 tanks, 2,000 BMP-2, 500 BMP-3, 1,200 BTRS of various types, and in addition that that, he had 600 towed howitzers. (However Egyptian artillery is notoriously inaccurate to the point that they cannot hit anything unless they’ve had months to pre-register their guns on the targets). Nasser realizes that his forces will have no air cover whatsoever and it may prove fatal, but he thinks that his 50 SA-8s and his 300 ZSU-23-4 Shilka 23MM will be able to provide adequate cover. (He is sorely mistaken)

The Egyptians have a total of 111,000 infantry soldiers in their various units (Their armored divisions have 5,000 Panzer Grenadiers, their infantry divisions have 18,000 and the mechanized have 18,000). The CM forces have 36,000 Panzer Grenadiers, 1,000 T-98 Tanks, 600 G-6 155mm SPA, and 400 SA-19 mobile SAMs (But the Egyptian air force is basically destroyed, however the Libyan air force may attempt to intervene to help the Egyptians)

Reginald Smith and Bertrand Navarre were in their mobile command centers monitoring the forces movement. Scouts had reported sizable Egyptian formations about 3 miles ahead. The T-98 tank could outrange the T-72 tank by almost 2,500 meters. Also the T-72 Egyptian tank would be unable to kill a T-98 with anything but a point blank hit on the rear armor, also the Egyptians didn’t understand their night vision equipment, so they didn’t use it. If the battle went into the night, the CM forces would have yet another advantage.

The advanced guard of the two RG Divisions consisted of 100 T-98 tanks, 400 BMP-3s, 50 G-6 SPA, and 50 SA-19s, there were approximately 3,200 panzer grenadiers riding in the various BMP-3s.

The advanced guard suddenly discovered a massive Egyptian formation headed straight at them, it was two Egyptian divisions, 1 armored and 1 mechanized. A total of approximately 400 T-72 Tanks, 100 T-62 Tanks, and 300 T-55 tanks.

The units began to trade fire, the Egyptians tank crews not being trained to fire and move, stopped dead in their tracks and simply lobbed shells at the T-98s, but they were outranged and the Egyptians were horribly inaccurate. The T-98s maneuvered and smashed the Egyptians from the front and both sides. The Egyptian platoon commanders didn’t know what to do. The Egyptian infantry would rush forward with RPGs and be mowed down by the machine guns on the T-98s. Also 100 Su-25s arrived on station and knocked out scores of Egyptian tanks and other vehicles.

Egyptian forces largely panicked and they began to either scatter or to launch what would amount to suicidal frontal attacks against the CM forces.

The Egyptian BMP-2s, BMP-1s, and BTRs dropped their infantry and then either fled or were blown to pieces by the T-98s the Mi-24s and Su-25s.

There were 4 brigades of Egyptian infantry, a total of about 23,000 soldiers. They launched about 12 piecemeal attacks with 1,000 soldiers each that were easily beaten back by the CM forces. The remnants of the 12 regiments, about 6,300 soldiers finally decided with the other 11,000 soldiers to launch a massive attack. They surged forward and were wiped out after a 6 hour battle with CM panzer grenadiers that got down to hand-to-hand combat. The Egyptians lost 12,000 soldiers killed, 8,000 wounded (the wounded were all captured), and 3,000 captured (unwounded captured). They also lost 800 BMP-1s, 382 T-72 tanks, 94 T-62 tanks, and 287 T-55 tanks, they also lost 600 BTRs and 300 BMP-1s, all of their artillery was either destroyed or captured.

The CM forces had fought long hand hard, two of the Panzer Grenadiers were leaning against the side of the tank, resting in the shade it provided. They were both smoking, it had been a long battle and they were exhausted, “We made it.” One of them said, the other just nodded.

CM Panzer Grenadiers had suffered 712 killed, 4,124 wounded, 171 missing, they had also lost 24 BMP-3s, 12 SA-19s, and 16 G-6 SPA. No tank losses were suffered.

The smoke from the burnt out Egyptian tanks could be seen for miles.

Nasser was frothing with rage, he smashed his fist into his command desk, he was taking his anger out on his possession. He screamed and shouted, how could the battle be going this way. He threw a bottle of brandy against the wall of his office, it was a rare kind, his favorite, but he didn’t care, he was losing the battle and he was pissed. The shards of glass were scattered across his office as the bottle impacted against the wall. He had lost 2 out of his 9 divisions and had inflicted no appreciable losses on the enemy forces.

But the CM forces didn’t know that 3 Brigades of Egyptian Armor (Mostly T-72s, even 32 T-80s) were about to smash into the flank of the 1st RG Armored Division. This was quite by coincidence, as the Egyptians didn’t understand anything about flanking the enemy or maneuver warfare. They had just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Al-Ghardaqah, Egypt-

Three A-10s flew towards the mosque with rockets under their wings. Parthain soldiers fled the area and now the mosque was the only object in an 800x800 meter square. The lead plane shifted his nose downwards and opened fire with the vulcan cannon. His wingmen did the same and unleashed rockets onto the mosque compound. The dome of the mosque collapsed, the two minarets were toppled, the courtyards around it were filled with dust and the broken bodies of the last 300 Egyptian soldiers in the town. Parthian planes now sat on the mostly undamaged airfield, the port was unloading the remainder of the forces. Soon they would push to the Nile and up to Cairo.

Port Said, Egypt-
The first two blackhawks touched down onto the cleared central square. 24 armed infantry threw themselves off and the blackhawks pulled back up. They advanced forward towards an apartment building to get cover. They were only the first of 10,000 to land that day.

Near the CM army, outside Tanta-
The advancing M1-A2s could see the Egyptians moving towards the flank of the CM army. Such an attack could cause casualties amongst their allies' forces. Rostam's tanks were moving in a crescent and it would be a perfect tactic to use his left side to flank the flanking egyptians. He ordered that they use the two infantry and single tank divisions on the far left to flank the enemy.

M2-A3s and M1-A2s answered the call, turning rapidly and moving towards the Egyptians. They closed in closer and closer, M1s adjusted their firing systems to shoot the tanks once they were 800 meters away.

There were 3 Egyptian Armored, 3 Infantry, and 1 Mechanized divisions advancing. What was hitting the flank of the 1st RG Armored Divisions was about 1 full Egyptian Armored Division .

The Armored Divisions each had 300 T-72 tanks, 500 T-55s tanks, and 200 T-62 tanks. There were also 50 T-80 tanks as part of the elite Egyptian "fedayeen guard" unit. The 50 T-80s slammed into the flank of a CM armored Brigade of 133 T-98 tanks.

They knocked out 47 T-98 tanks and disabled 72 more. 119 of the brigades 133 tanks were out of service. The remaining tanks swung their guns, and fired, knocking out 30 of the T-80 tanks in a few minutes of firing. The T-80s advanced behind a shield of T-55s, they finally managed to overwhelm the rest of the brigade's tanks with sheer weight of numbers. 133 T-98 tanks were either destroyed or disabled.

The other 2 armored brigades and the 3 Panzer Grenadier Brigades of the the 1st RG Armored Division swung and moved to counter attack the CM forces had lost approximately 400 men killed or wounded when their 3rd Armored Brigade of the 1st RG division was hit in the flank. But now the egyptians had lost the element of surprise, the CM forces were swinging to react, and the Parthian forces were about to hit the egyptians in the flank and rear. The egyptians were trapped with nowhere to go. They began to dig in and simply await the inevitable attack.

Near CM forces near Tanta-

"Till Death" Persian tank crews screamed as their guns opened fire on the Egyptian tanks flanking CM forces. The 120mm guns of the Abrams fired sabot rounds which tore through the Egyptian T-80s. In the distance they could see the burning CM T-98s. Again the Persians fired their guns at the Egyptians tearing through the enemy armor. M-109s added to the chorus of fire, raining shells down on the enemy.

Port Said, Egypt-
The Parthian soldiers fighting in Port Said had lost 500 out of 10,000 men in the heavy fighting. The Blackhawks, Chinooks, and Pave Lows began to arrive to bring the air cavalry back to Al-Gharadqah's newly occupied airfield.

The Egyptian 2nd Army was being bombed to pieces by over 1,000 Su-25s, 2,000 F-16s, and 1,000 B-52s. They were being pounded by massive artillery and tank fire. They were completely surrounded even though they outnumbered their enemies. They had no idea of what to do, Field Marshal Nasser abandoned the army, as did most of the generals and colonels. There were 2 generals left. They were contemplating surrender. They wanted to know what the terms would be.

100 A-10s shot off newly accquired airfields in Alexandria and adjusted course towards the Egyptian army. The ground attack planes fired their vulcan cannons at the enemy tanks, tearing them to shreds. Others dropped 2000 pound bombs or clusterbombs.

The Main Parthian forces were coming into play. Rostam divided his army into two columns, the left one attacking the Egyptian flanking forces, the right helping o surround the Egyptians. M-270 MLRS and M-109s pounded the Egyptians with white phosphorus, cluster shells, high explosive shells, and air burst munitions.

Parthia and I Rped this one via MSN. J

General Hakem Allah Aref walked into the command tent of Field Marshal Reginald Smith, Field Marshal Bertrand Navarre was already there as was the general from the Parthian forces. The wind outside was beating fiercely and sand swirled such that many thought the end was upon them.

General Aref swaggered into the tent like he was a victorious general on the march of triumph through the capital. Although in actuality he was a beaten man who was disheartened at how events went against his nation's forces.

General Rostam Bahari smiled as he saw the Arab enter the tent. Trying to fool the victorious Persian and Mississippian commanders into thinking he had the upper hand.

General Aref spoke, "My men will give up all of the heavy weapons, tanks, SAMs, and such, but if they return home without their rifles, their wives and the others will laugh at them. In our culture a man without a rifle is not a real man."

Rostam curtly replied, "and a man with a rifle is a possible danger to allied forces."

(Aref) "Surely you don't fear our soldiers with just a few rifles. What danger can they possibly be. Anyway, between you and I, they aren't very good shots. They only train when foreign media is around, to put on a good show. We cannot get them to train very often."

Field Marshal Smith exhaled smoke from a cigar and then spoke, "You want to keep your rifles eh? How do we know they won't be used in some insurgency that occurs after the ground war is over?"

(Bahari) "Indeed, even the most lightly armed freedom fighter can become a danger to a trained army. I have fought such men in the past General Aref and I will tell you that it is not pleasant."

(Aref) "Well I will be honest, our men are disheartened and they are thoroughly demoralized. They are in no shape to fight."

(Aref) "When we lost 2 armored divisions to just an advanced guard from the CM Republican Guard, it was a terrible blow."

(Navarre) "Actually you had 1 mechanized and 1 armored that you lost."

(Aref) "Yes, that is correct."

(Bahari) "All they need is some radical mullah to incite a holy war against Zoroastrians and Christians. Your men cannot be trusted."

(Aref) "But there are already millions of guns floating around in Egypt. What is 150,000 more going to mean?"

(Aref) "Anyway, aren't you going to be creating a new Egyptian army of native egyptians to help you garrison and occupy the country?"

(Bahari) "Your men are more dangerous because they have some military training. That makes for an especially deadly terrorist"

(Smith) "Why. You're not worth the money it'd cost to train and equip you. Your men suck."

(Bahari) Your men fall in battle like flies"

(Navarre) "You Egyptians fight fanatically and bravely, but you lack tactical skill, imagination, and your junior officers cannot show initiative, that is your main problem. If you fixed that, you'd do fine."

(Bahari) "Your flanking action was mostly luck my friend"

(Navarre) "Some of the reports from units of the 1st RG division were that Egyptian soldiers fought on even after their positions were surrounded and untenable, they had to be physically overcome in hand-to-hand combat."

(Bahari) "You win only by luck."

(Aref) "No sir, we planned that flanking operation, we could duplicate that success easily." (He is obviously lying)

(Bahari) With the amount of initiative you are allowed I can wager that you are lying"

(Aref) "We neutralized an entire Republican Guard armored brigade."

(Smith) "Yes, and you lost over 2 divisions."

(Bahari)"And were surrounded in the process."

(Aref) "So what are your terms then?"

(Bahari) Disassemble your armored vehicles or disable them, turn in other weapons, send your soldiers home.

(Aref) "We really don't have the skills to disable the vehicles. We'll just abandon them where they are. So the soldiers can take their personal weapons with them?"

(Bahari) "You however are to come with us..... "

(Bahari) What do you think General Smith?"

(Smith) "Field Marshal Smith actually. (Smiles) But that's okay, people forget. I think it sounds okay, provided they take no grenades and such, certainly no explosives or RPGS."

(Aref) "Why can't I go as well?"

(Bahari) "Fine then, the weapons can be taken."

(Bahari) “Because I was wondering if you might be willing to head a new Egyptian puppet government.”

(Aref) "I don't know much about politics. I'm a military man."

(Bahari) "There will be monetary benefits."

(Aref) "I've got quite a lot of money, what else can you offer me?"

(Aref) "I want a bunker built to keep me safe from my enemies. I want some nice cars, a private jet, a private yacht, and a few other things. I also want CM to provide 500 Republican Guard soldiers to be my bodyguard."

(Navarre) "Why don't you use your own men?"

(Aref) "Because I don't want to die."

(Bahari) “My government will provide all but the 500 republican guards."

(Smith) "I'll see you get 500 Republican Guard soldiers."

(Bahari) "General Aref, you do realize that in return for these 'gifts' you are to please Communist Mississippi's and my own government?”

(Aref) "I am a respected general ever since my successes as a colonel in the 1973 October war against Israel, the first 4 days of the war went well you know. I was a key player in the first 4 days of that war you know. The people like me. They'll do as I tell them. (occ he was born in 1950 and was 23 at the time of the war. He was a colonel largely for reasons of political loyalty, but he also was a good officer)

(Aref) "There is one more thing I would like."

(Bahari) What would that be?

(Aref) "Women, nothing beats a good f--k."

(Smith) "Well I'll be honest, you're an Arab, and we’re not going to help you acquire white women to satisfy your sexual lusts."

(Aref) "No, I want Persian women."

(Bahari) “We don't interbreed with Muslims.”

(Aref) "Are you sure you couldn't find a few who would be interested? There must be a few yes?"

(Bahari) “Possibly, but they would be out of the Muslim community. Or Baluchis.”

(Aref) "That is fine."

(Aref) "And you know something, we haven't been allowed to drink alcohol or smoke in this country for 8 years, ever since the president started listening to the radical clerics. I want to change those laws is that okay?"

(Bahari) “Absolutely we’re not muslin.”

(Smith) "Field Marshal Salazar is the CEO of "Salazar Imperial Tobacco Inc". Premier Fabus is CEO of "Fabus Premium Tobacco Inc." also the premier is the CEO of "Fabus Brewing inc". I'm sure they'll be happy to supply your nation."

News came into the command tent that the Libyan forces had crossed the Egyptian border in what appeared to be an attempt to help their Egyptian brethren.

(Bahari) "The fool Qaddafi thinks his pitiful forces can save his Egyptian allies."

12 Libyan armored divisions, each 500 T-72 tanks had crossed the border, however each one had only 5,000 Panzer Grenadiers. There were also 24 Libyan Infantry divisions (18,000 each + Artillery) and 8 mechanized Divisions (12,000 each + BMP-2s to transport them)

News also came in that Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabian, and Iraqi forces had launched themselves against Israel.

Approximately 500 T-80 tanks, 4,000 T-72 tanks, 3,000 T-62 tanks, and 8,000 T-55 tanks along with 2 million infantry were being used by the "Arab Coalition" against Israel. Thus far Israel forces had held them back with the use of massive air power from IAF and allied units.

(Bahari) "IDF is under attack, what can be done?"

CM's Premier had announced, "Israel must live" and thus decided to rush in 50 divisions of infantry and 5 RG Armored divisions from CM to Israel. Also 5 Parachute Divisions would move from CM to Israel to help the IDF units

Iraqi air forces also attacked targets a few miles inside Persia. The Iraqis also lobbed over 500 conventional scud missiles at Abadan and Tehran.

The "Arab Coalition" + Libya had amassed over 4,000 MiG-21s, 1,000 MiG-29s, 300 MiG-31s and 500 Su-25s, 400 Mirage F1s, 300 F-14s, and 200 F-16s

However they still had a major problem, none of the pilots understood what radar was or how to use it, so they made no attempt to use it.

(Smith) "The forces against Israel are stronger than we originally estimated. There are at least 3 million infantry moving against them, in addition to the tanks, which we have correctly estimated."

Parthian forces will strike Iraq and avenge their cowardly attacks.

10 Rapid Response Airmobile Divisions helicopter into Israel to help assault into Jordan and hold the Golan Heights.

The Iraqi information minister has vowed, "Our Republican Guard is much better than the CM Republican Guard, we anxiously await the infidels to commit suicide at the gates of Baghdad."

The Shah of Parthia scoffs these Arab fools, we will cleanse all of Arabia of Islam

Approximately 270,000 CM soldiers from parachute and helicopter divisions had deployed to Israel within 5 hours of the enemy attacks, thus far the israelis and their allies had managed to turn back all attacks.

Parthian movements, 30 Infantry and 10 Tank divisions are being moved to the Iraqi border,

The Syrians launched an attack with over 1,000 T-55 tanks and 500 T-72 tanks but IDF paratrooper and CM paratroopers beat it back with the use of MILANS. The Syrians didn't send any infantry to cover the tanks from AT teams.

35 B-2 bombers based in Tabriz launched an attack on Baghdad using cluster bombs.

The Syrians possesses 300 of the 500 T-80s in the "Arab Coalition" Iraq has the other 200. Libya has perhaps 300 T-80s Libya also has 6,000 T-72s and 10,000 T-55s, and 4,000 T-62s.

Libyan forces used sheer weight of numbers to push CM forces along the Libyan/Egyptian border back, but they only gained 8 miles of ground before they ran out of steam. CM forces lobbed hundreds of VX and Sarin shells at them.

Parthian forces have donned CBW gear and are firing VX and Soman at Libya.

Libyan forces suffered over 100,000 killed and wounded, and lost 2,000 tanks and other armored vehicles to make their 8-mile gains. The CM forces lost approximately 74 tanks, 203 APCs, 154 IFVs, and 3,243 soldiers.

Parthians lost 1,342 Men, 20 tanks, 34 APCs and 23 IFVs

Libya is sending a massive swarm of 1,500 MiG-21s, 100 MiG-29s, 50 MiG-31s, 50 F-16s, 50 F-14s, and 50 Mirage F1s to try to gain air superiority over Egypt.

CM scrambled 500 F-16s and 200 F-14s to meet the Libyan threat. Hans Von Thaller was in his "Shark" F-16D customized, he was out loaded with 24 AIM-120 missiles this time, he also had 1000 rounds in his 20mm cannon.

Parthian forces have sent 500 F-15s, 1000 F-16s, and 100 F-22s to attack th Libyan intruders

Thaller managed to use his missiles to down 8 MiG-29s, 8 Mirages, 4 F-16s and 4 F14s. He used his 20mm cannon to down 112 MiG-21s. The Libyans managed to shoot down 8 CM F-16s and 4 CM F-14s. They also downed Approximately 26 Parthian craft of various models. The libyans were mauled, only 300 MiG-21s, 20 MiG-29s, 18 MiG-31s, 10 F-16s, 7 F-14s, and 12 Mirage F1s, returned to their bases.

After 12 hours of fighting, Libyan leader Kaddafi announced, "I am granting the CM and Parthian forces a cease-fire to spare further bloodshed."

The Shah of Parthia grants the cease-fire pending approval from CM.

CM said, "Clearly Libya blew it, they blundered badly into us, and now they want to back out. No, we will keep fighting until we take Tobruk, Benghazi, and finally Tripoli."

Then Parthia announced, “We shall assist our allies.”

10 Infantry divisions of 200,000 infantry total and 3 tank divisions of 5,500 tanks total have crossed the Libyan border.

CM forces are now considered dangerously overstretched as 3.2 million are in Tennessee, over 1.5 million are either in Israel or on their way (To defend them, thus far we have about 260,000 paratroopers in Israel) and there are about 3-4 million CM forces in Egypt.

CM forces in Egypt are moving to outflank the Libyan army and pin them on the border between two armies.

Parthia warns the Islamic world that we are fully capable of utilizing nuclear weapons if Persia is directly attacked.

6 Regular army Armored Divisions, 29 regular Army Infantry divisions, and 4 BMP and 4 Warrior Divisions will take part in the operation to swing into Libya and pin the Libyans between two armies. The army that will stay in position will consist of 12 Regular Army Infantry Divisions, 2 Regular Army Armored Divisions and 1 RG Armored Divisions.

Kaddafi vowed to use any weapons to stop the infidels. CM soldiers suited up into full NBC gear.

Parthian forces are suiting up in NBC gear and fortifying their positions. Nuclear artillery shells are being prepared. Nuclear missiles have been prepared.

Kaddafi has spoken and said, "perhaps I was too harsh, and perhaps we can have peace talks to solve our disagreements?"

The Parthian reply was, "Take your money and flee to Switzerland,

Meanwhile, Syria fired hundreds of conventional scud missiles at Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa. The CM embassies in Beirut, Damascus, and Baghdad were all overrun and a total of 812 people killed. However, the embassy in Amman was allowed evacuated.

Parthia has prepared nuclear missiles for launch on Baghdad if they attempt any use of WMDs

The Iraqis launched 27 infantry, 8 armored, and 5 mechanized divisions in an attack aimed at Abadan. Over 2,000 T-72 tanks and 4,000 T-55 tanks were also involved in the attack. Iraq also used their 200 T-80 tanks.

Parthian forces Advanced towards the flanks of the Iraqis. Abadan's garrison prepared the town for the attack.

1,000,000 Parthian Infantry, 20,000 M1 Tanks and 3,000 Nuclear weapons are being prepared for use. In the case of the Infantry and tanks they moved towards the Arab barbarians

Meanwhile CM and IDF forces near Golan Heights were hit with VX gas. The gas killed over 800 IDF and CM soldiers. CM artillery and Mi-24s replied with VX gas (only a better quality) and killed approximately 12,500 Syrian soldiers.

Back at Abadan, the Iraqi forces flung themselves against Abadan in a massive poorly coordinated frontal assault, the tanks came first, with the infantry at least a mile behind them. No combined arms, the Iraqi artillery did nothing, their air force sent up over 200 MiG-29s, 100 MiG-31s, 300 Su-25s, and 1,200 MiG-21s. Over 6,000 Iraqi tanks charged straight into the streets of Abadan. The Iraqi air force was flying close support missions, something that were notoriously bad at.

A-10s struck down on Iraqi armor, Infantry in IFVs and APCs advanced towards th Iraqis, Tanks Hit the Arabs in the left flank. 500 F-16s have been scrambled

After being hit in the flank, the Iraqis came to a halt and dug in, they started to fire massive barrages of artillery at Abadan. Then when their air force was largely shot down (only 200 MiG-21s, 20 MiG-29s, 30 MiG-31s, and 40 Su-25s made it back to Iraq), they panicked and many units fled. There were over 200,000 desertions over a 3-day period.

Iraq announced a cease-fire with Parthia.

CM declared, "Parthia should annex Iraq. IDF should take Lebanon, Jordan, and Syria. CM should take Libya, and we should all split Saudi Arabia."

Parthia agreed with the idea.

Word came in that Tobruk had fallen to CM forces. Although Libya had used biological and chemical weapons in a vain attempt to stop them. 3,000+ CM soldiers died. CM responded by firing gas at Libyan units and killed 64,000+ Libyan soldiers.

Artillery barrages of 3000 M-109s and 3000 M-270 MLRS opened on the Town of Basra. 30 Infantry, 2 Immortal, 8 Mechanized, and 10 Armored divisions pushed across the border.

CM finally told Libya "Surrender of we'll drop a 10 megaton bomb on Tripoli and Benghazi." Libya complied.

CM detached about 100,000 soldiers to hold Libya while the rest of the divisinos raced through Egypt to get to Israel to help them. Approximately 400,000 soldiers would stay in Egypt to garrison it. The rest of the force originally sent to Egypt would race to help Israel against Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. The "Big Three" as they were being called had managed to raise a total of 3 million soldiers, 8,000 T-72 tanks, 1,000 T-80 tanks, 5,000 T-62 tanks, 15,000 T-55 tanks, 12,000 howitzers, 8,000 BMP-1s, 2,000 BMP-2s, 500 BMP-3s. Syria also still had over 2,000 Fighters (mostly MiG-21s, MiG-29s, and MiG-31s)

“What is the status of the attack on us?” asked the PM, only 5 minutes after it began.

“Our forces are not severely harmed yet,” responded General of the Army George Meirson. “It is mainly Air attacks now, ground forces are mobilizing and coming in millions.”

“I want this dealt with,” said the PM. “chemical and bio weapons are authorized, no nukes yet. I will leave it up to you as when political leaders lead a war it can be disasterous.”

The IDF AF had posted AWACs planes so they saw the planes coming. All The F-35 JSFs took off from the carriers, 10% stayed to protect the fleet.

A total of 1,390 of the stealthed fighters set an intercept course for the Alliance AF planes. They were armed with 4 ALRAAMs with a 75 mile range, 2 AMRAAMs with a 35 mile range, and 2 ASRAAMs with a 17.5 mile range. They were guided under ship SPY-1F radars and AWACs birds. At the maximum range, all planes fired 4 ALRAAMs at 4 separate targets. 75% found targets and 4,170 Coalition planes took hits. 3,127 planes were splashed 512, kept on damages, and 531 turned back.

The F-35s came in and fired AMRAAMs at 35 miles. 80% hit. The planes then fired ASRAAMs at 22 miles and turned back on full burner under SAM coverage. At the end of this round, the only surviving planes were 152 MiG 21s, 21 MiG 29s, 34 MiG-31s were still alive, 52 Su-27s were still alive also. The Mirage squadron was behind the group and pulled back and fled after seeing the disaster their comrades went into. The F-14s didn't follow the Mirages and were cut to 18 in numbers. 2 F-16s did survive.

The AEGIS ships then came online firing 2 SM-4ER SAMs at a range of 225 miles at the survivors as the F-35s landed to refuel and rearm. If any plane got by the 1st 2 SAMs, more would be launched. No Coalition plane that went forward survived to make it within 200 miles of Israel. IDF had affirmed their decision to have such a large navy. Those coming from land were still in range of the ships to be shot down by AEGIS system. No IDFAF planes were even needed nor was the Patriot system needed.

Northern Israel, operation Golan Nights

The Syrian tank divisions came upon the Golan Heights, their air cover was demolished and they were at the mercy of the IDF AF, but battles were not won in the air, at least in old wars.

The IDF AF sent up 58 F-117A Nighthawks with JSOW bombs, they were going to try a field test on the Syrian tank groups. They were using old Soviet tactics that had their tanks in fairly tight formation. The nighthawks had their bomb drops done by a computer and GPS satelits which coordinated it. The planes each drooped 6 JSOW bombs, out of each came 72 bomblets. They scattered over a 30 sq mile area, which was covered by enemy armor units. A total of 25,056 15 lb bomblets came down over the soft armored turrets of the old Soviet tanks. They exploded almost simultaneously giving 90% casualties to the old Soviet tanks, the survivors were blinded by the smoke, fire, and disoriented and unorganized with no commanders. 2 minutes later, 48 A-10A thunderbolts streaked in firing 12 AGM-65D TV and RADAR guided Anti-tank missiles. These took out the surviving tanks, the Syrian armor was killed and the IDF planes returned to base to prepare to strike the Lebanese and Saudi invaders, the Iraqis and Libyans couldn't invade for a few days and would have to wait.

The first companies of the advanced guard to arrive in Tripoli by helicopter were nervous, they were expecting trouble. The soldiers cautiously got out of their helicopters. Libya was supposedly to have surrendered under threat of nuking from CM, but there would always be insurgents, like the insurgents at Alexandria who had thus far killed 612 CM soldiers and wounded over 3,000. (Cm forces are currently locked in battle with insurgents in Alexandria). Also there were the insurgents at Tanta and Aswan). The captain stepped out of an Mi-24 helicopter, followed by 6 other soldiers, there were several hundred on the ground. His boots kicked up the dust on the ground and it was swirled around by the rotating blades of the helicopter. The helicopters lifted off and began to return to the Al Khums. The men walked forward, it was so quiet out they could hear each step they made, the material of their fabric in the uniforms shifting was essentially the only sound.

A young corporal called out, "Hey captain, nobody's home." A nearby private laughed and said, "Damn, I wanted to kill me some arabs."

The captain replied and told them to, "Shut up and keep quiet."

The 3 companies were moving forward spread out like an arrow, with one company being the tip, the other two behind and on the flanks.

As the tip company approached a large cluster of buildings it happened. From every window, every alley, every rooftop they came under fire. "RPG" one of the men screamed, just before a libyan RPG impacted into the center of a squad and killed 4 men and wounded the other 6. Libyan insurgents with AK-47s were spraying fire at every conceivable avenue of approach. Many of the men were caught in the open and were butchered in the initial springing of the ambush, but about 90 of the 120 were able to take cover behind abandoned cars, hard walls, and in a few cases, concrete wells. They returned fire and called in artillery barrages and close air support against the building where the insurgents were. But as quickly as the attack had begun, it had ended, the insurgents had faded away into other sections of the city.

It was particularly insulting to the men that they didn't manage to kill a single Libyan and they lost 36 killed and 61 were wounded. High Command decided to bring in a large amount of forces to crush insurgencies in Tripoli, Tobruk, Benghazi, Zuwarah, Surt, and a few other small villages. The forces entering Libya are coming from the ones originally sent to pin the Libyan army on the eastern border with Egypt.

The remainder of the forces that were involved in crushing the Libyan army will now rush to help Israel attack Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Other forces will be involved in the Syrian campaign.

A large amount of dead horses were present on Golan Heights. When Syria launched their surprise attack against Israel, one of the CM units rushed into the fray to try to stop or at least slow their progress was the 2nd RG Cavalry Brigade. They raced around on their horses and fired RPGS and LAW weapons to try to knock out Syrian tanks. But the Syrian numbers overwhelmed. The commander of the cavalry brigade was knocked unconscious by a Syrian tank round that exploded near him, he suffered minor to medium injuries and was captured. How did the battle go?

It was about 8:00 p.m. in the night, the 2nd RG cavalry brigade was tasked with holding the Golan Heights should the Syrians launch a surprise attack. Brigadier General Roger Fabus (Yes a son of Premier Curtis Fabus) was sitting in his saddle and looking out through night vision binoculars. He scanned the distance, nothing, he scanned the air, nothing. There was not going to be a Syrian attack, they didn't have the guts to do it. Around him were 5,000 cavalrymen who were digging trenches and anti-tank ditches, adding to the defenses the IDF units had setup. Covering their right was an IDF parachute brigade, covering their left were 3 IDF infantry regiments. About 5 miles behind them were 2 brigades of IDF armor and 4 brigades of IDF mechanized forces waiting in Reserve so the main Syrian attack could be identified and counter-attacked.

The only sounds heard were that of the horses, the shovels impacting the ground, and the night insects in the orchestra of foreboding doom, they were foreshadowing the impending destruction about to be brought against the RG cavalrymen.

It was about 8:13 p.m. when the first Syrian Mi-24s and Su-25s accompanied by MiG-21s and MiG-29s began to slam bombs and missiles into the units of the Golan Heights. Over 200 Su-25s and 600 Mi-24s were involved in the initial attack. The cavalrymen scrambled for their Stingers and other shoulder launched AA weaponry. The Israeli units on their left and right also joined in attacking the planes. The Syrians did heavy damage but suffered heavy losses, over 1,600 cavalrymen were killed in the air strikes, but the Syrians lost 217 helicopters, 76 MiG-21s, 32 MiG-29s, 21 MiG-31s, and 112 SU-25s.

Then came the streams of tanks. The first attacks were just masses of tanks without screens of infantry and the IDF and CM cavalry easily repulsed them. The MILANS, TOWS, and LAWS took out hundreds of T-55s, T-62s, and T-72s as they just dashed forward against the trenches and broke themselves like waves on the rocks. Then by complete coincidence, the Syrian infantry wound up attacking in conjunction with the armor. There were 400 T-72 tanks that ended up attacking in a coincidental combined arms operation with 15,000 infantry of the Syrian 3rd Infantry Division. The Israeli Armored and Mechanized Brigades identified this as the main thrust and swung to meet it.

The Syrians were attacking the IDF parachute brigade. They smashed their way through the Israeli lines but suffered heavy losses, the loss of 112 T-72 tanks and 8,900 soldiers killed or wounded. The IDF Parachute Brigade also suffered heavy losses, but they fell back and formed a new line that was different from the old one, which looked like

Old line
____ _______ ______
IDF Infantry RG cav IDF paratroop

New line
_______ _________
IDF Infantry RG Cav
|
|
|

The Syrians slammed into the new line of IDF Paratroops but then were hit in the flank by 1 brigade of Israeli armor and 1 brigade of Israel mechanized forces. The other reserve brigades were being held in reserve because Israel knew 2 brigades would be enough to smash 1 Syrian armored and 1 Syrian Infantry division.

At about 10:00 p.m. the Syrians sent in 2 more armored Divisions, with a total of 700 T-72 tanks and 15,000 Panzer Grenadiers. They also sent in 2 infantry divisions with a total of 36,000 soldiers. Quite by coincidence, the advanced guard of the Syrian 6th Armored Division, their elite unit, which had 100 T-80 tanks, ended up hitting the Israeli armored and mechanized brigade in the flanks and they dealt them heavy damage. The Israelis and CM brought in massive air power and managed to turn back the Syrian attacks. Over 500 burnt out T-72 tanks were left on the field. The Syrians also lost over 18,000 infantry to the massive air attacks. (Over 500 Su-25s, 500 B-52s, 50 B-2s, 500 F-16Ds, 1,000 Mi-24s). Somehow the advanced guard of the Syrian armored force (The 100 T-80 tanks) ended up being pinned between the RG and IDF forces and was completely annihilated after 6 hours of fierce fighting. The tanks were all knocked out after about 3 hours, but the infantry with the tanks fought on until they were overcome in hand-to-hand combat.

The Syrians were growing desperate by about 1:00 a.m. (They had lost their T-80s tanks and many of their T-72 tanks) and so they launched 4 infantry divisions in a frontal assault against the IDF infantry regiments to the left of the RG cavalry, they also launched 1 mechanized, 2 infantry, and 1 armored Divisions against the RG cavalry in a frontal assault. They also tried to drop 1 parachute regiment behind the RG cavalry, and 1 behind the IDF infantry regiments. But the parachute drops went horribly awry, and the paratroopers were scattered for miles, however this caused mass confusion in the IDF and CM intelligence in that they didn't know where the main attack was coming.

Through sheer weight of numbers the Syrians gained ground. But CM and IDF artillery had a field day; the tightly packed Syrian formations were being hammered to pieces by artillery. But the Syrians pressed on. The main problem facing the CM cavalry was that they had expended all of their anti-tank weapons in the previous 5 hours of fighting. Thus they had no choice but to mount their horses and try to charge the tanks, jump on, and drop a grenade down the hatch. They actually managed to score some kills in this manner because the Syrians manning the tanks machine guns were notoriously inaccurate. The RG cavalry knocked out over 100 T-55 tanks by riding up and tossing grenades in. However then the Syrian infantry arrived on the scene, they had been unable to keep up with the tanks, and the tanks didn't wait. The infantry were able to repulse the cavalry and inflict heavy losses on them. An RPG round knocked Roger Fabus unconscious and as the battle was ending and the Syrians were retiring in defeat, they took him prisoner, he was completely out of ammunition, grenades, and his knife had been broken, also he was unconscious, otherwise he would have fought on.

By about 9:00 a.m. in the morning, the battle had been over for 3 hours now. It had begun around 8 pm the previous night and lasted into the early hours of the morning. The Syrians had lost over 42,000 soldiers and 2,000 tanks, of which 600 were T-72s, 100 were T-80s, and the rest were T-62s or T-55s. Furthermore, the Syrians lost approximately 1,000 howitzers to counter-battery fire and helicopter fire. They also lost over 2,000 APCS and other vehicles. They had managed to kill only a few thousand IDF and CM soldiers. The 2nd RG Cavalry Brigade was down to 1,200 enlisted and 22 officers but the war wasn't over. They would hold until relieved.

At about 9:02 a.m. Israeli time, footage of a captured young man about 19 years old in an RG brigadier general cavalry uniform was released. He was badly injured and had obviously been in the thick of the fighting. He was asked to identify himself; he did so "I am Brigadier general Roger Fabus commander of the 2nd RG Cavalry Brigade." There were masked Syrian paramilitaries behind him, and they threatened to behead him in 4 days if Israel didn't release 20 specific Syrian paramilitaries. They also demanded that CM release 500 specific prisoners from the over 50,000 Egyptian POWS that CM had taken.

The clock is ticking.

Currenly Golan Heights is held by the remnants of the RG cavalry brigade, the 4 Israeli mechanized brigades, 2 armored brigades, and the remnants of the Israeli parachute brigade and the 3 infantry regiments. Opposite the forces are the Syians massing to try another attack.

The Syrians have managed to gather approximately 800 T-55 tanks, 25 T-80 tanks, 400 T-72 tanks, 800 BMP-1, 400 BMP-2s, 600 various BTRs, 650 Howitzers, 200 Mobile SAMS, 800 aircraft, 300 helicopters, and 150,000 soldiers to mount their last desperate attack. (The Syrians are fast running out of tanks and men) The Iraqi units sent into Jordan to strike the Israelis have arrived and will attack Israel when the Syrians do, they're trying to coordinate their attacks so they can stretch Israel thin. (The arabs have never gotten coordination to work and they're not about to start)

The Iraqis have brought in 50 T-80 Tanks, 1,500 T-72 Tanks, 3,000 T-55 tanks, and 1,200 T-62 tanks, along with 3,000 BMP-2s, 1,250 BMP-1s, 4,000 various BTRS, 400 Mobile SAMS and AAA, 800 155mm SPA, 1,600 towed howitzers, 225,000 soldiers, and over 1,200 aircraft and 1,500 helicopters to support them. As usual though, arab logistics are at the very least adequate, and at the very best are a testament to their ingenuity in certain fields. (Historically the arab armies have had good logistics, read "Arabs at War" it's a good book)

The Jordanians have 20 T-80 tanks, 500 T-72 tanks, 1,000 T-55 tanks, 800 T-62 tanks, 500 BMP-1, 200 BMP-2, and 900 various BTRS, also they 200 SPA, 400 towed howitzers, 100 mobile AAA, 25 mobile SAMS, and 200 aircraft and 400 helicopters, they are going to use 105,000 soldiers in the attack.

The Iraqis and Syrians have agreed to mount their attacks at 4:00 p.m. eastern standard, but the Syrians won't want to wait and will go at 3:00 p.m. the Iraqis will delay and wait until 7:00 p.m. And the Jordanians won't even get started attacking until 9:00 p.m.

CM forces continue to pour into Israel to help with its defense. Thus far the following are in Israel:

10 Infantry Divisions
3 Republican Guard Armored Divisions
5 Parachute Divisions
10 Rapid Response Airmobile Divisions

Premier Curtis Fabus was pacing back and forth at his Stalingrad estate bunker, there were over 24 top officials and commanders there. One of them spoke, "What are we going to do about your son be captured? We don't negotiate with terrorists, you know that."

The Premier replied, "We can and will negotiate with terrorists."

The man quietly said to the general next to him, "Funny how we dont' negotiate when it's other people's sons captured."

The premier didn't hear the words, just the talking he said, "Is there something you want to share with the rest of us?" The man replied, "No."

3000 MLRS and 3000 M-109s fired off at 8:00 PM towards the town of Basra. MLRS fired mostly cluster rockets which broke up and destroyed large areas of land while M-109s fired a combination of White Phosphorus, Airburst, and HE rounds at the retreating Iraqis. A single 800mm railway gun fired shells at Basra, each projectile destroying an entire city block. A thirty minute barrage set the stage as 15,000 M1-A2s (10 Tank Divisions) 600,000 Infantry (30 Infantry Divisions) and 50,000 Immortals ( 2 Divisions of Exceptionally trained and armed mechanized infantry.) crossed the border towards the town of Basra. A-10s guarded by F-16s swarmed over any surviving Iraqi armor and pummeled them with rockets and vulcan cannons. AH-64s Flew in front of the Armor to neutralize villages of enemy forces. General Rostam Bahari spoke to his troops via radio as the first wave of Apaches set ablaze tanks across the border, "Today we stand as a united Persia... This Persia is heir to the Shahs of old, we are their Zoroastrian kin. And now before us lies a victory, the first of its kind in 1400 years. A victory where Persia will dominate the Arab, when the fire of Zarathustra will dominate the crescent moon of Mohammed. Where the people of Ahura Mazda will stand triumphant over the people of Allah.... Such day is today, all of you are to be heros who shall smite these Arab dogs. Show them no mercy and grant them no quarter!!!!" A cheer from APCs and IFVs sounded for miles around. In Persepolis people chanted in the streets. A flight of B-2 bombers flying off runways in Tabriz would make the victory whole.

The post was what happened earlier, it happened earlier in time, earlier by a few hours. Libya is gone, they surrendered to me after I threatened to nuke them. Please can we fight it like I got it set up to be fought, it'll be good. The Arabs have scraped together all their last reserves and are readying to throw them into combat.

Also you have to address the demands of the Syrian militants (occ- hurry up and release whoever they want released, the Premier of CM wants his son back)

Also what I posted happened shortly before and then during your stuff. The Syrian air force was largely neutralized by your air force and my air force but a large number of their craft flew into northern Iraq to escape the attacks. They still have some left. Three B-2s moved towards the Center of Bagdhad. Captain Bijan Taheri had been flying missions in Azerbaijan and was now going to rain hell down on the
Arab dogs of Bagdhad. He adjusted his course to the right....and soon was right over Saddam Hussein International Airport. His co-pilot dropped two clusterbombs which destroyed most of the airport in a series of small explosions. Other B-52s dropped bombs on random parts of Bagdhad in revenge for the Scud attacks on Terhan.

One Division of CM Republican Guard was about to crash into 6 divisions of Iraqi Republican Guard in the western deserts of Iraq. The division had crossed through Syria, disregarding supply lines in their efforts to race to Baghdad, they were being resupplied by C-130s and other airdrop craft.

The division was the 30th Republican Guard Armored Division "Fabus Junge" (16-18 year olds). With their 2,250 BMP-3s, 18,000 Panzer Grenadiers, and 500 T-98 tanks, they were about to crash into 100 Iraqi T-80s and 1,500 Iraqi T-72s and 1,500 T-62s.

The Iraqi army is fleeing towards Basra with only 300,000 Infantry and 1000 Tanks left after their main attack. Parthian forces move ever closer to the fleeing Arabs and are now three miles from Basra. Parthian Artillery have taken to shelling Basra with Cluster munitions. Parthian A-10s have destroyed most Aircraft on the ground in Iraq while superior F-16s and F-22s have destroyed over 50% of Iraq's airforce.

The Persian army moved in a crescent around Basra, pereparing to surround it. On the Far left was the Two Immortal divisions and two Armored divisions. In the distance they could see T-80s fleeing towards Basra. Persian M1 tanks aimed at the cowardly Arabs and unleahed Sabot rounds at the inferior tanks. Twenty of the thirty tanks exploded in a fireball as the depleted uranium tore through the tank and exploded in the crew compartment or engine block. As the Parthians grew closer they could also see five tanks immobilized and billowing smoke. The other five were still fleeing. This time the fifty Parthian tanks fired again and destroyed all the fleeing Arabs. Other small engagements have killed many thousands of Arab Infantry and hundreds of tanks.

Occ wouldn't happen. Khoemeni was counting on it during the Iran-Iraq war when his army approached Basra. But saddam appealed to their patriotism for Iraq and they fought fiercely for Iraq. Just like Saddam counted on the Arabs near Abadan in Iran to rise up, but Khoemeni appealed to them to fight for their nation. The bulk of Iraqi infantry divisions were shiite conscripts, they fought poor when in Iran, they didn't want to fight a war of aggression, but when Iran pushed into Iraq as the war went against Iraq, the Shiites in the Iraqi army fought to the death to save their country.

E-6 Prowlers armed with HARM missiles have destroyed most radars around Basra giving Parthian aircraft total air superiority. A flight of 3 F-16s were the first of 30 headed towards Basra with objectives to destroy any Ground Support planes. Other planes followed, F-15Es for ground targets, More F-16s and F-22s for Air superiority missions. A-10s and AH-64 stayed near the advancing Persians, occasionally breaking off to attack Iraqi armor.

The left flank of the army could see Basra in the distance, only a mile away. They began to move around the perimeter of the city to surround it and lay seige to the city built by Arabs when they sole the land from Persia. M-109 artillery continued to fire upon the city, causing fires that could be spotted in the distance.

After a bloody retreat only 100,000 soldiers and 300 tanks made it back to Basra after the failed attack on Adaban and the brutal rout back to Basra. Persian forces alreadly stood on the doorstep of Basra and a seige of even a week could cause starvation .

Hundreds of E-6s, F-15s, F-22s, and AH-64 crossed the Parthian border near Kermanshah towards Bagdhad. E-6s were to target radars leaving Iraqis blind as B-52s bombed Bagdhad into submission.
20 Infantry Divisions, 10 Tank divisions and 2 Immortal Divisions moved across the Persian border near Kermanshah towards Bagdhad. They were to take Bagdhad and then push north towards Kurdistan.

CM Minister of Foreign Affairs Paul Stahlecker has declared, “Libya is now open for white colonization.” Over 50 million whites from Mississippi have packed up their bags and begun the journey to Libya. The government of CM has announced it will spend 1 trillion dollars to build cities and settlements for the whites, and over 500 billion dollars to irrigate large amounts of land so the whites that wish to can become farmers. Right now Libya is about to be placed under CM law and the whites will be in charge of all aspects of government, economics, military, and society. The Arabs will be segregated to their own sections of the already existing cities and will be strictly forbidden from living in the white cities.

Initially, 4 new cities will be built. All of the cities are on the coast.

"New Jerusalem" which is approximately 25 miles west of Tobruk.
"Fabus City" which is approximately 12 miles east of Tripoli.
"Christus Rex" which is approximately 5 miles east and slightly south of Surt.
"New Jackson City" which is approximately 12 miles north-east of Benghazi

There will also be large amounts of white farms scattered throughout the interior of Libya. CM's Department of Agriculture has vowed that within 6 months Libya will be a lush, green paraside with plenty of farmland for any white who wants to farm.

Rostam Bahari looked out on II Corps as they approached
Bagdhad. Four kilometers ahead of him he could see a wave of Iraqi tanks approaching his own center. Above him two A-10s passed and opened fire on the Arab tanks, shredding their lead and center tanks. His left flank began to swoop left, preparing to hit them in their right flank. AH-64 apaches moved slightly ahead of his lead tanks and fired off their Hellfire missiles, further ruining the Iraqi center.

The 21st Helicopter Cavalry Division prepared for takeoff in the city of Adaban. Pave-Lows, carrying troops and equipment along with Blackhawks, and Chinooks carrying HMMWVs, mortars, or m-101 howitzers. With air cover provided by 200 F-16s and 30 A-10s flying ahead to neutralize AA guns, the Helicopters carrying 5000 soldiers crossed the Iraqi border south of Basra. Their objective was Umm Quasr, Iraq's only deep sea port. The first three blackhawk helicopters landed in the central square, dropping off their 36 troops and flying off. More troops came, until there were 192 in buildings around the square. And then all hell broke loose..... As the 17th blackhawk touched down on the square an RPG ripped out and crashed into the helicopter, killing the 15 men inside. The first Pave-Lows were coming in and opened fire on the building with their minuguns, dropping off the troops without touching down fully. "We have a hot LZ, I repeat, we have a hot LZ"
Troops in the square came under RPD fire, killing six men as they ran for cover. More blackhawks came in spraying their miniguns at buildings not occupied by Parthian troops.

Firing their miniguns at suspicious targets while the troops landed the PAve-lows kept an eye out for RPGs or enemy machineguns. The port was apparently clear and 1000 Troops had landed along with 81mm mortars and one M-101 howitzer. "We have fire support set up, requesting target" said the commander of the artillery platoon.

"We have target at the following coordinates....."

The mortars and howitzer opened fire, their shells crashing down on an apartment complex full of Iraqi soldiers. The building crumpled in a pile of rubble and broken bodies, allowing the 4000 troops to advance towards the port.

A-10s flew over the city of Basra, in the distance they could see a mosque filling up with worshippers for prayers. The pilot prepared his missiles and adjusted his plane, firing off three rockets at the building. The Mosque collapsed in a sheet of flame, leaving behind a pile of rubble and broken bodies of 1000 worshippers. A revenge for the destruction of Zoroastrian fire temples by Arab pigs. Other A-10s followed suit, dropping clusterbombs on the city.

The Artillery fired again at the city of Basra, flames leaped into the air as shells fell into apartment buildings and offices. It was time to attack, thought general Rostam Bahari. "First wave go...."

The first attack was meant to cleanse the suburbs of Basra. Leading the attack was none other then the Immortals and 1500 M1-A2 tanks. The M1s went in first, infared signals on to look for any hiding iraqis in buildings. B-52s overhead dropped leaflets telling Iraqis to flee the city at once or you will be shot on sight.

I Khosru, brother to the divine, ruler of the Sun and Moon bid the greetings-

I'll take the UAE, Quatar, and Bahrain and the Peninsula on the tip of the UAE controlled by Oman. Oh and did you see the Map where I claimed a slice of egypt? could I take that slice?

You can take any of Egypt that doesn't conflict with my interests there :)

I already showed on the map which parts of Egypt I have :)

Certainly, you can have that part.

CM Possessions:

Mississippi (Which is 2,000 miles long by 3,000 miles wide)

Tennessee (All of it, but a nationalist and Anti-Mississippi insurgency is going on)

Libya (All of it, except for a narrow strip near the Algerian border stretching to the Mediterranean that Chellis owns)

Egypt (Parts of it, that include the cities of Alexandria, Damietta, Marsa Matruh, Tanta, and Siwah, and the lands up to the Libyan border west of the cities named)

IDF, please respond to the part in regards to the syrian militants demanding the release of 20 captured syrian guerillas that you're holding. (occ- just quickly and quietly release them. I need to RP getting Roger Fabus back to CM, he is the heir to the premiership you know :) )

30 Parthian B-2s took off from Ctesiphon airfield and flew towards the city of Amman. Captain Bijan Taheri manuvered his plane until the lights of the Jordanian capital were on his Co-Pilot's bomb scope. The co-pilot dropped the first clusterbomb and then the second one kilometer above it.

Below Amman was ripped by thousands of tiny explosions as 60 clusterbombs were dropped onto the town.

Please don't blow up Damascus because we believe Roger Fabus is likely being held somewhere in the city.

30 Apache Helicopters flew across the Iraqi border towards the city of Dayr Az Zawr. Keeping low to the ground the helicopters opened fire on the town with chain guns and rockets. The Small garrison and their BRDMs were quickly slaughtered as rockets impacted into the lightly armored Syrians and chain guns shredded infantry.

OOC: I would say he meant you,

IC: IDF would give support to the Ottomans. The carrier groups were mainly on station 100 miles off the coast. A total of 900 F-35B JSFs took off from various carriers. Their 1st targets were SAM and AAA sites. They would've taken out enemy planes, but IDF Patriot systems and AEGIS ships firing from 25 miles off the Syrian coast and with SM-4ER missiles with 225 mile ranges fired ahead of the fighters to clear the skies, the JSFs then turned to bomb enemy formations and infrastructure avoiding civilian areas. IDF battleships of the Arizona class then started bombarding coastal fortifications with their 12 20 inch guns.

78 F-4G Phantom II Wild Weasels took out SAMs, unfortunately, 23 F-4s fell to AAA and SAMs before taking them all out, due to the low altitudes, only 5 of the 2 men crews ejected, of them a total of 7 men survived, 39 died. The 7 survivors were captured quickly. They were duly executed by irate Generals.

256 A-10A Thunderbolt IIs then came in and each started firing their 12 AGM-65D Maverick missiles at the tanks. (I'll let Ottoman call casualties). They then started dropping each of their 3 CBU-87 cluster bombs on infantry units. The thunderbolts were safe from attack and then started using their 30 cal. guns to sweep the ground of enemies and clear the way for the allied armies.

244 RAH-66s were flying scout for the Ottoman army and taking out enemies to help keep empire casualties low. 21 of the Comanches got taken out. Of the 42 men, only 9 made it to friendly lines before biting the dust.

A-10 attack aircraft flew ahead of ottoman troops, shredding Syrian tanks with their vulcan cannons and pounding the tanks with rockets.

Ahead of the turkish forces three syrian t-55 tanks were retreating. The first A-10 swooped down and unloaded the vulcan cannon on the tanks, killing all but two in fantastic explosions. The second A-10 swooped down and fired in turn, destroying the tank in a fireball.
