As the streets of the main cities in the "country" were mired in gang and criminal warfare, the only people who were there to enforce the law were the stormtroopers of the major corporations, whos only goal was to force citizens to buy goods. People were being killed every day because of the lack of government in the nation, no government had ever been able to form because of the influence of the corporations, and they had gone as far as to corrupt generations into believing Anarchy was the root of goodness. Any attempts at creating a government had been met with swift reprisals by everyone.
