Celdrone

OOC: Since the switchover to the Jolt forums made me lose my original thread about Vincent's Coronation I am going to wrapp it up here and then begin the after party.
The Archbishop places the Crown on Vincent's head and says loudly, "I crown thee, Vincent, King of Celdrone and all her lands! May your reign be just and long!"
The Cathedral erupts into cheers and clapping. Vincent's stepmother is in tears and his father looks both saddend and happy. His brother, Thomas, is on his feet, clapping and shouting as loud as he can.
Vincent lets the cheering go on for a few minutes and then motions for everyone to quiet down. "Thank you for that, deafing exspression of your wishes for my reign, I hope I do not disappoint you. Now as my first command as King of Celdrone I order you all to go to the summer palace and enjoy yourself!"
Vincent smiles as the crowd once againcheers loudly. "Fools, you know not what you are about to experience. Vincent walks over to his father, quickly, so that he reaches him before he leaves. "Dad, would you come with me please, it won't take long."
"Sure, son," Kyle turns to his wife and speaks to her breifly then follows Vincent. Vincent leads him to the room that earlier was used as his dressing room. "I wanted to thank you, for everything you've done to get me ready for this."
"I don't need any thanks for that. You didn't as much help as you think you did, you're ready for this, you can run this country."
Vincent takes a bottle of champange from a minifridge and two glasses. "Join me in a toast, father?"
"Of course, Vincent."
Vincent uncorks the bottle. "That's right, Father, drink the poison." He pours his father a drink and then "accidently" drops his glass. "Don't worry, I have another glass in the minifridge." He takes out another glass, this one however is already filled with champange. He pretends to pour champange into his glass and then turns back to his father.
"What do we toast to, Vincent? Your reign?"
"No, let us toast to Celdrone, may she continue to grow in peace and prosperity!" They both drain their glasses and then leave the cathedral.
OOC: While the last coronation thread was closed this one, the after party is open to pretty much everyone.
