The RSC Inc (Recreational Services Collective) has decided to buy the beautiful, splendid and marvellous La Palma island from its citizens and make it into one of the finest places on beautiful planet earth. The Garden of Eden would look like a landfill when compared to it. Each citizen above 16 on the island is given 25 million US dollars to cover all of their future expenses, beggars and homeless have been given a home and after that, all inhabitants agreed to hand over the island to RSC Inc. We have promised them to leave all their freedoms, political and civil as they were and the other foreign industries will never ever set foot on the island without persmission of the people who live there. We even let them keep their flag. A ship of the red cross is coming for some people who are ill and we are treating everyone with the highest respect. A few people complained that their home, their island has been overtaken but after a conversation and a kind smile the people were pesuaded to accept the corporation's authority. We won't force anybody on the island to learn our language or history. In fact, we promote the use of Spanish on the island. We are making it a free, happy and joyful paradise on earth.

The women, men and children who live nowadays on La Palma are perhaps one of luckiest people on the planet. They have money to burn, a great island without polluting industry and a bright future for their children. The weather is also terrific. What else do you want?

VERY SECRET IC: A special SoT transport is bringing 10.000 tons of TNT and C4 to the island. Since the ship travels in a boat which was used by the International Red Cross no one notices its dangerous cargo. The route has been chosen not to go near the coast since the ship would trespass national waters. The ship remained at all times in international waters.
