Morvanus

"Following the sponsorship of Morvanus by the nation of Dimmimar, President Harold Lethar today announced a plan to expand the manufacturing industry within Morvanus, creating 1,500 construction jobs and 5,000 permanent engineering jobs within the sector."
<cue ten second clip of current Morvanus factories, with production lines of armoured vehicles, ships and planes>
"Although there are rumours that some nations disapprove of Morvanus' pro-capitalist stance, as well as their primary export being small arms, and armoured vehicles, no one can doubt that President Lethar is bringing Morvanus up in stature amongst our nation's peers."
<cue fifteen second clip of President Lethar giving a motivational speech at a young offender's institute>
"We took to the streets of Morvana, our nation's capital, to see what the people thought of this new move."
Young man: "The President really is making leaps and bounds to counter unemployment. Six thousand, five hundred jobs have been created and these will last for some time, five thousand being permanent without doubt. My family wondered why I wanted to move out to Morvanus, but I guess that now they know."
Old man: "I might be too old to get a job these days, but I can't help admire President Lethar's guts. He's not taking notice of any of this politically correct crap and he's striking right where this nation needs. Building up a powerful economy so that we can protect our own borders. Let those flowery nations go to the dogs for all I care, we'll do just fine here!"
Middle-aged woman: "His methods might be a little... unorthodox, but the President is moving with the times. He's leaving others to do the fighting whilst he takes advantage of all the guns and bombs that the other nations need. We'll soon be one of the richest nations in the world!"
So there you have it, the people of the nation are behind President Lethar one hundred percent.
This is Jonathon West, for Morvanus National News, in the streets of our... hey!
<a man runs out from the crowd and pushes Jonathon West out of the way>
Man: President Lethar is a monster, he had my son executed for protesting against the pollution his factory is - ungh..."
<heavy set policeman brings a large cosh down upon the head of the man with a sickening crunch>
"Turn that camera off."
<broadcast ends>
