Liberator Class Super Heavy Aircraft Carrier
The Liberator Class Super Heavy Carrier is part of the "Heavy Weight" Series. It in a way is the ultimate carrier. Having 4 angeled decks, one main deck, over 30 defencive systems, and nuclear powered, this technological advancement is one of a kinda, in fact, becouse of its massive size there is a limit one per order, and there is a 14 NS Years (14 RL Days) waiting period untill full completion can be made, but be assured, it is the best carrier around.
Powerplant
Nuclear Power
This is more than likely the whole part of the ship that took it the longest to produce, and the longest to make a good hull. Ussing eight nuclear reactors in each Pylon (Side Hull Section), equalling sixteen nuclear reactors in all, it was thought that this could not rely on nuclear power alone, which revolutionizes this ship. Nuclear power would be used almsot everytime the Liberator is moving from one possition to an other, or durring missions which the Liberator will not stop mor slow below cruise speed for long.
Hydrofan Power
When running off of an other power source, the hydrofans, four per Pylon, are spinning becouse of the water flowing through it, creating extra power, which is more than likely to be used by the third powersource. When in use however, the eight in all hydrofans turn feriously creating almsot the same amount of thrust as the nuclear reactors. The Hydrofans are more than likely will be used durring missions which the Liberator would have to glide through the water at slow speeds and maybe even come to a full stop. These Hydrofans however also help in the turnning of the vessel. Since the 21 Hydro-Rudders have an extent on the angle it can perform for turns, the hydrofans would help by ether revercing or accelerating thrust evenly with little force to create a faster bank angle.
Piston / Battery Power
Lets get away from this for a slight minute. The Akula Submarine is known for its SONAR and Stealth abilities, althoguh still very old. What makes this so wonderous? Diesel Powerplants int eh Akula I and Akula II create some extra energy not needed while working, allow the energy to be transfered to batteries. When stealth is totally needed, then the Akula would switch over to Battery power. Using this form of a powerplant would allow for "Silent" performance. There are no Nuclear or Hydrofan powerplants in the main hull's rear, and why is this? There are twelve large Piston Engines located together, although sectioned of cource, constantly running when needed. The pistons alone can only make the vessel go so many knots, yet there is a reason why we use these twelve wonderous suppliers. Of cource the Hydrofans produce energy to the battery, well if needed, the Pistons will create more energy for the Batteries. Now the Batteries, there are twenty of them. Each battery has enough energy storage for the amount of one hydrofan's full thrust for one hour. Using four batteries at full thrust for one hour would produce the same speed as the Hydrofans, but would be almost completly silent, meanning SONAR problems are a minimum.
With these three powerplants, called the Tri-Matrix System[tm], the Liberator can perform all the actions and deal out as much power as seven Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers.
Defencive System
As show in the illustraitions, there are 20 SAM (Surface to Air Missle) Batteries on the illustraition, meanning the same amount on the other side, 40 SAM Batteries in all. To much? Well, this is a large ship, probably more than likely to be a good target, so too much is not an option. Also, topping 14 AA Systems, meanning 28 AA Systems in all, this also performs great air cover if the SAMs don't get them first. Well, of cource there has to be the torpedoes and anti-torpedoes. With 60 Anti-Torpedo Launchers, aka "Noise-Makers" to rid the Liberator of SONAR guided torpedoes, this ship would have no problem. Any form of Noice-Makers can be used, including Submarine-Sparkers, which produce heat like flares, which would activate even a TOWed Torpedo, causing still no damage to your precious carrier. Well, how about anti-submarine? Well, with tubes that could fit a 56mm torpedo (Too big? It can fire anythign smaller than that), and having 18 of these in all, I don't think a submarine would try to pick a fight with you. FInally, what if a gun boat got too close? Of cource the hull is too think to be damaged by ab Automatic Mk38 or a 30mm Aircraft Cannon, but of cource there are men and systems that could get damaged, so we placed a good ol' Vurizz Heavy Gattling System at the beganning of the flight deck, this would stop any fast vessels that can damage yoru main On-Deck Structures . Also, with a range of 560 miles (More accurate closer up), and having a full automatic burst rate of fire, it can also sink a Dugahh Class Destroyer with just a few secounds of firring.

Offencive Weapons
The Liberator only has one Offencive Weapon System, and that is the Truitt-Bolt MEG Cannon. With three per side, six in all, each cannon can hold three missles, ranging in size of cource. Three Standerd Balistic Missles can fit very comfortably inside each tube. For the nuclear role, it can hold one nuclear missle, althoguh it can hold mroe, it is recommended you only fire one per cannon pod. The range depends on the missle of cource, and everything is up to the missle and the MEG Control Room, which there are three, all located safely inside the Main Structures.
With these Truitt-Bolt MEG Cannons, this carrier can also take out base defences and disrupt heavy naval battle groups within range.
Manuverability
The Manuvering of the Liberator is this most unique thing about the main structure. Using 21 Hydro-Rudders, three per pylon, seven for main rear, and four for each "wing", this allows great manuverability for its massive size. Along with this, there is a problem of the vessel capsizing, even with the side pylons durring a turn. This was fixed by adding Alierons, simular to those in aircraft wings, into the wings which connect the Main Ship with the two Pylons. The Alierons are turnned with a normal yoke, simular to that of an aircraft, and the wind reacts and helps the bank of the ship infavor of a turn or agenst to stop capsizing or drag implacment. To add on to this, the alierons can be pulled full upwards, the nose of the vessel will rise just a little, but will slow the ship fairly fast. To add to this, the screws can also go in reverse, and the same for the Hydrofans. The Hydrofans of cource are used for an other prupose agian, and that is the ability of extra turnning with out a bank. Each of the eight Hydrofans are put in a sertain power, and direction of thrust, turnning the pylons with out a steep bank, and allowing the main hull to follow easily, this however could slow the craft, so alieron/screw turnning is suggested for fast manuvering.
On-Deck Systems
This is mainly in plain terms, the flight deck and its systems. The RADARs of the Carrier are two Duglass-Gerald Maximum Range RADAR Domes, located right below the Command tower, and behnd the Vulizz Cannon. The RADAR range is about 3,400 miles. As for the flight deck.
There are four angled decks, all Hydrolic Powered, allowing for short-deck takeoffs. This would be used by the Fighters and light bombers. Usually, two decks would be used for launching, while two would be used for landing. Now of cource, what if the Hydrolics go down? Then what would these modern technology and NationStates Technology people do? Try to launch this aircraft from a 200 foot runway? That is impossable. So, we added in a "Berzerik" System, which makes truely one of a kind. It makes up the whole right side of the flight deck, and is the border inbetween the angled decks and elevators. The "Berzerik" System mainly is a plain runway, 2,300 feet long, which some fighters with afterburnners could clear. However, there are Heavy Bombers such as B-2 and B-1B, and even the major heavy weight, the B-52. How would these take off? An angled deck would be too strained by thier wieghts and more than likely would still have to produce more acceleration and longer deck area inorder to even perform glide speeds, which this was taken care up by the standerd runway. Alright, 2,300 feet is barely long enough to get a small light F-16 Off the ground with afterburnners, so we had a problem. We added it by an alternitive to the Hydrolic Launchings, and that is "Flame" Launchings. All it is really, is the excess steam form the Piston Engines are transfered to a hold cell. Usally it would be sent into one fo the four Turbofans located in the main hull to produce more energy, but the steam could be redirected, kept untill full content, then released, making the hook on the deck, with the aircraft fly down the runway, accelerating to 340 knots (For B-2 Spirit) before being thrown into the air by a small 12 degree ramp located at the end of the deck to provide a little extra altitude. The illustraition does not illustrate the decks angle at the end.
Also, to add on to it, the Hull to Surface elevators can heave up somethign the wieght of the B-2 Spirit, but something with wings as long as the F/B-35 Joint Strike Bomber's.
The Deck and Hull
The Deck
The deck can hold up to 40 Fixed-Wing Fighters, 20 Fixed-Wing Light Bombers, and 5 Fixed-Wing Heavy Bombers.
The Hull
The hull can hold 310 Fixed-Wing Fighters, 100 Fixed-Wing Light Bombers, and 45 Fixed-Wing Heavy Bombers.
Rotorcraft
A total of 10 Sea Kings on deck, 2 Apaches on deck, 2 in hull, and 10 Durmans, 5 on deck, and 5 in hull.
Most people however would place all the fighters they could in the hull, and have all the Heavy Bombers on deck becouse the elvators are too small for them. This, if maximum heavy bombers were in place, would leave room for 40 Fixed-Winged Heavy Fighters, this includes all AWACS and Rotorcraft
Air Support
Finally, the grand finish. What would an Aircraft Carrier, even one this well protected and powerful, be with out air support? Well, not what its name is. However, agian using the Nimitz as an example, it can only carry a maximum of some 80 retractable winged fighters, and 10 fixed-winged "light" bombers, along with 5 fixed winged AWACs. This makes the Nimitz Small compared to dominances, such as the Pernicious, Stalin, and Powerbreaker Classes, which all can top 200 in all, while the Nimitz barely pushes 120. This however is different, this can push well above 400.

Yep, thats right, I know I made it seem that the heavy bombers could not be lifted, but they can, with one exception, the B-1B and B-52 have to be Retractable Winged, meanning having the wings fold up. After that, this makes the ship the best it can be.
