El Hyutti (Nationalist) because he is most likely to win the elections i tell this to you. El Hyutti plans to increase governmental spending on Education & public facilities. BUT he is wanted by the PROWs Secret Intelligence because he was named by several captured militants for the attack in the city centre of its capital that killed 28 people. But overall hes a nice guy.
