After the Massive Civil war in Dr_Twist Which sucked in World Powers which brought around a Communist and Anti Communist Revolutions around the World, The Royal Family Announced this Morning That the Rebuilding of the Nation is Complete.
Certain Major Changes to the Military have been Made. No longer will 1% of the Total Population be Permanently in the Armed Forces. This has been Cut Back to .2% of the Population, But to Counter This the Government Announced that Spending has Increased from $15 Trillion a Year to $22 Trillion Annually.
The Government announced that it will be focusing on Advancers in Technology more then Troop Numbers and Troop abilities. The Government Announced they will also be Spending a Further $8 Trillion in the Following 3 Years for National Defense Mainly on the Ukrainian Boarder Aimed towards Communists.
The Government has Announced a Massive Overhaul of old Naval Technology aimed at being a more Dominate Naval World Power.
The Government has also announced that 1.8% Of the Population will have Official Military Training and placed into National Reserves and will only be Legally Accessible During times of National Defense and allied Defense Operations.
$3 Trillion of this Years Budget has also been set a side for Heavy Transport Plane Contacts. These contacts are up for bidding and can be bided on in this Thread if wanted.
