It takes a lot more than paint to make an aircraft stealthy, certainly something as large as a 747.

You clearly misunderstand. You cannot simply make an existing, non-stealthy aircraft completely invisible to radar simply by applying some Acme "invisible paint". If it were that simple, the USAF would have simply painted their B-52s, rather than spending billions of dollars developing the B-2.

[OOC- If the airplane looks like a lear jet, most of the F117's appeal is lost- it's the F117's profile that seriously helps its stealth. Sorry to nitpick, of course, but I felt I must add it.]

You cannot change the F-117 to look like a Learjet without losing nearly all of its stealth features. Besides, you would actually have to re-engineer the plane and rebuild many of its components to fit inside the Learjet frame which is doubt is possible for you.
