"Today Mininistry of Technology and Ministry of National Security announced a joint plan to develop a space program. Minister of technology said that the first phase of the plan is to develop a multiple-use space vehicle. The ministry is considering to develop an own system or to buy one from abroad. Ministry of Technology said that they are working on a system of positioning satellites for military and civilian purposes. Ministry hopes that within few years the Reich will be able to put a space station into orbit. Unnamed sources inside the ministry said that they are planning to develop orbital weapon systems but such comments have not been denied nor confirmed by the Ministry. Stay tuned for further news"

Today Joint Space Command announced that it's satellite navigation system has reached final stage of the plan. First two satellites were launched to the space aboard space rocket Valkyrie I. Major General Winslow, leader of the Reich's space plan announced that the JSC is working on bringing the system named Joint Services Navigation Support System(JSNSS) to full operational capability. The two launching facilities at Thorshaven are working 24/7 to put the system on space. Also, the general announced that the multiple us space vehicle project is reaching prototype stage. According to JSF sources, the vehicle is capable of carrying an operational crew of up to 6 people depending on mission configuration. The craft can be modified for various missions ranging from research and satellite delivery and maintenance to use as anti-satellite weapons platform.

FNEWS:Today the first manned spaceship of the Reich, SC1 Crusader, was launched from von Clausen airbase. The Crusader is a multipurpose craft that can be equipped for missile defence,maintenance, cargo and research missions. The Crusader's first mission was taking space-based research array Adler I to orbit. General Winslow also announced in the meeting that the navigation satellite system is ready, and 50% of intelligence and communications satellite are on orbit. According to JSC sources, the JSC is now planning for an ABM system equipped with space-based laser satellites
