OOC: In this RP there are firefights starting in a city...somewhere. Anyone can just make up characters in an attempt to survive this onslaught. Make alliences, break them, engage the enemy, and shoot at people. Just survive.
IC:The bullets started to fly during the calm of an otherwise beautiful summer evening. Sporadic firefights broke out in random neighborhoods. Slowly the whole city was engulfed in the sway of the violence.
Ryan: Holy shit, has everyone gone nuts?
Fay: Looks that way.
Ryan: Why did we get called in?
Fay: Because we are the last line of defense. (looking him up and down) So you'd better suit up tiger.
