have joined together to form a singular nation.

The Kaiser von Attika, und König von Obnama-Addison-Zetross Otto Petinski XIV, has already signed the historic document, awaiting Król Zbignew Gransk z Polavaki's signature.

-- ARTICLE 1: UNIFICATION OF THE REALMS OF ATTICA AND POLAVAKIA --
Beginning one day after the signing of this document by the royalty of both parties, and after being, if applicable, verified by those nations parliamentary bodies, the Attikischreich and the Królestwo Polavaki will become a singular nation, under the rule as described in ARTICLE 2.

-- ARTICLE 2: DUAL MONARCHY --
After unification is complete, the nation will be duelly run by both the King of Polavakia and the Emperor of Attica. The Total Emperor (Ganzkaiser/Totalny Imperator) will have final say over all matters of state, both domestic and foreign. However, his alternate leader may call for a royalty vote in order to depose of him as Total Emperor.

-- ARTICLE 3: TOTAL EMPEROR POWERS --
The Total Emperor has complete control over all powers of state, both domestic and foreign. The Total Emperor can be deposed by majority vote of the major royals of both Attica and Polavakia combined.

The king of Polavakia agrees with and has signed this treaty.

Riots have reportedly been starting in the southern cities of Sudseeburg and Küpferstadt, cities that, many years ago, were heavily bombed by Polavak forces during the Attikos-Polavak War.

The riots have intensified to the point at which troops have been deployed to the region in order to quell the unrest.
