Today, the Premier of the ANL signed into effect a bill that will take all of the ANL's telecommunications systems and satellite systems offline between July 15th to the 24th. This is for repair purposes and all contact with the ANL will be severed for that time. Also, all seaports, airports and international road and railroad routes will be shut down for reapairs also. This political advisorary noticed was released to all ANL embassies:

--INTERNATIONAL BULLITIN--

To all Aztec ambassadors and countries:

From the days of July 15th through the 24th, all contact with the ANL will be cut off. Therefore, all ANL embassies will be shut down until Sunday, the 25th, 2:00 PM. All embassy staff will be on vacation during that time, you may either return to the ANL immediatly or stay in your assigned nation.

OOC: Ok, it is obvious, but from the 15th to th3 24th, I will not be online. I will be at visiting family in the State of Oregon and I will be taking the train up from my home of Long Beach (Los Angeles.) Although I will be back on the 24th, I come back late.

The Premier steps up to a podium, very tired looking but still smiling and began to speak.

"I send my greetings to the international community. I wish to inform you the plan to shut down all ports and road connections to the ANL have been sucessfully shut down and are under repairs and refits right now. About 25% of our diplomats have returned to the ANL during this period of inactivity while the others will spend their vaction in their assigned nations. However, this is only phase one of this operation, our communications systems will be going down also. I wish the world and our allies the best of luck, peace and prosperity in our absence and I do repeat...we will return shortly. To execute Executive Order 9097, all ANL telecommuniations, internet and satellite systems will be shut down at July 15, 2004, 2:05 AM, Tenochitlian time. Take care."
