How much for production rights for all of your vaccines?

Although Rotovia is right, and how do you get a man portable anti-tank launcher capable of penetrating 1450mm RDA of armour with a HEAT round?

Also that CIWS thing is horribly godmodded. CIWS guns are lucky (I mean really lucky) to shoot down a single missile. Regardless of how good it is, they can never shoot down more than one (possibly two if it's REALLY good) missile in the time it has between the missile coming into range and hitting the ship (generally 2 - 3 seconds). Only missiles are really effective as anti-missile shields on ships.

I wondered how excessive they were. So thanks for the commenting. Im glad i got it. :) Honestly. Excuse n my n00bishness/newbishness. I havent had my specs checked before. As foir the misile bit, im glad i have lots of anti misile weapons on my ships. I think removal and adding of more misiles is probably on the list of thngs to do for my navy. (well I know what next years military budget goes on... refit time..)

The point of these vaccines however is that i spent years (about three RL weeks and a lot of money) researching these, as such some unavailble in RL are there. That was deliberate, as with hundereds of billions (including a large donation from another country) chucked at it im sure most cures could be found).


Vaccine rights are $3bn per design for production in your own country, costing $10bn if you want to own the liscense to produce it for others. So


Thehigh price relfects the research costs.

the ship has been removed as we are presently dedicating all reasources to refitting ships.

I dont know whats realistic for man protable now so it is presently about 650mm, though that may be too high (or maybe a bit low)

THe vaccines would cost

$60bn for the lot for production and $180bn for sale rights. For all of them. I am aware however tbhats some exist commonly in RL.

ANd thats slightly discounted as you are bulk buying.

Cool. To be honest a lot of people on NS think that CIWS guns are more effective than they actually are. Advanced missiles, as I said, actually are quite effective.

Anyway for now I shall purchase a non-sale anthrax vaccine.

Oh, and by the way, we had anti msile or aircraft misiles as "back up for our defence" but we will be refitting our ships to have more launchers and misiles for those purposes.

The new version will be availble when our whole navy is refitted (about 5-8 RL days as we will be devoteing a lot of budget to it and arent replacing ships, just freplacing a lot of CIWS mountings with a load of extra missiles or a new launcher here and there, might be a redsing long term as well though..)

Are the tank and AA unit okay? THose followed the "tank building guide" closely (whereas i couldnt find examples of what weapons provide what penetration) and yes the AA unit is basically a tank with a AA unit instead of a turret...

The helicopter will be escorted into our territory by 4 Prometheus Attack Helicopters, in case someone tries to ambush the transport.

OOC: The light tank is good, although you may want to tone down the armour a little (it's a bit much for a light tank), and clear up which ammo type you're using (it says it has a 105mm gun but 120mm ammo). The AA unit is good, although guns are not nearly as effective as missiles. Reduce the price a little and it'll be a good budget solution. What do you think about my ship storefront (although thanks to Jolt I cant update it any more without moving off site):

OOC: The AA unit mainly uses misiles, but it has the guns for anti troops purposes. Might take the cannon off though and leave it with just a chaingun for troops and a few more misiles. Editing will be done (on my own sheet of specs too) and i will put the price up a bit instead (to make it top end)

The MBT we use has pretty heavy armour, but im not selling it, and it is almost 70 tonnes.

The light tank will be cleaned up.

All further and accumulated constructive criticism appreciated as i dont inted to be godmoddish, just to field something which could just out compete RL cutting edge equivalents (as my nation has a GDP larger than the USA i think thats not too unreasonable) (*realises i was selling it around cost*)

transport isnt included, and neither is ammo, so I think $5million is fair for a unit of that quality, or a little too low?

me too. Im "Powerhouse" which i reckon would be about the same as the US (Im going by the reasoning that level 13 of any stat is equal to RL, with higher being beyond that)

And im still over 300mil so im also quite a bit bigger than the US (about 40% bigger than the US). Im also just as scared and have a bigger government...

but anyway, its going to cost me a lot for those refits, I think i might subcontract and get it done quickly. Then i can sell corvettes again later.

And no, that doesnt make me apowerful NS nation, im not that niave....
