The Kampfpanzer Cougar tests were a complete success. The Reichswehr has already ordered several thousand to replace the aging Leopard IIIs.

[That looks like a rather stealthy design, but the one thing that needs the most stealthing hasn't recieved it. Might I suggest that you put a triangular RAM shroud over the barrel?]

OOC: Why would a tank need radar stealth? The low angles are to increase armor angle and reduce the chance of projectile penetratoin.

[Because a lot of ATGMs are radar guided and aircraft can't drop bombs on your tanks unless their radar can give fairly accurate information on the position of said tanks. It's up to you of course, but the design is already halfway there, why not go all the way and get two benefits from one design?]

OOC: Radar coming from above the tank would only reflect off the top of the tank. A round barrel works like a B2 bomber, while the angled turret and chassis would reflect if like the Nighthawk.

[Bombs aren't dropped from right above a target, you have to account for forward velocity. And the US Army disagrees with your assessment, which is why their next generation of tanks will have the shroud.]

A stealth tank is pointless. A stealth design does NOT mean it is invisible to radar from all angles, a stealth design mean that from certain angles a radar system will have trouble identifying it from long range.
For example modern stealth aircraft have reduced radar cross section from the front, rear and slightly sides, but from above or below they are easily picked up. As the aircraft travels closer to the radar the advantage of it's design starts to fall away.
The sole advantage in a stealth design is that you can travel closer to the target before being pick up, Even the most stealthy object will get detected on radar.
Atlot of anti-tank weapons are either unguided, laser or optic guided.

Well thats not considering active stealth

MAFCC is extremely interested in this design as a replacement for our current T-92 fleet. Will these tanks become available for export at any point?

to join in the collective nit-pickiness, something else that would detract from the "stealth" qualities of the tank is that it would generate an immense ammount of heat w/its gas turbine. any stealthiness to conventional radar is pointless once the enemy flip the IR imaging on. thus, there's essentially no stealth mode during night fighting.

Ahem i would like to point out that Attica never claimed it was astealthy design i belive this answers the issues:
The low angles are to increase armor angle and reduce the chance of projectile penetratoin.
Anyway nice looking tank.
Or as most countries use, you can fire a Optically guided ATGM's, and not Radar homing missiles USED AGAINST SAMS. For the most part, the US military which you claim to have great knowledge of, uses Laser guided munitions to destroy tanks. Radar doesn't work to spectacularily against ground vehicles... foo!

It's Possible.
