Millions of people in Kamered's capitol city look at a giant TV screen above the town square, horrified at the images on the tv. A sullen news reporter, fighting back tears, speaks to the frightened public.

We have just recieved word that the cities of Ossus, Piraxim, and the port city of Navalum have been hit by missiles of unknown origin.

*Screen flashes to pictures of the cities, ruins on fire, women and children screaming*

President K. A. Mishima pleads to the world to send aid and to help find who did such an evil act.

*Screen shows K. A. Mishima, looking quite pale, addressing the camera*

"We are in great need of support. The cities hit by the nukes were important economic points of my nation. I wish to formally call upon all nations to help find the perpetrator of these actions.

King Frederick VI has been told of this incident and is also horrified. We are able to send 10 Hercules full of aid and medical personnel. All we need is for you to accept, and they will be in the air within 6 hours.

Millitary intelligence can also be deployed in your nation via private jet immediately to help assess the attacks.

Euroslavia condemns these horrific attacks, and hopes that the offenders are found and brought to justice.

Foriegn Minister M. G. Merco responds on live television:

"Kamered gladly accepts Auslandreich's offers. The city of Piraxim was a major military base. The city of Ossus held a nuclear power plant, and radiation is now spilling all of the region and soon the world. We are ordering mass evacuations."

Millitary intelligence arrives in Kamered and have already begun their investigation/collaboration with Kamerad's intelligence agency.

Hercules have been deployed from a secret millitary base and will arrive in 4 hours time with aid.

Unfortunately our nation does not specialize in radiation spills, we would help if we could.

Commander Soldant has been notified of the incidents and is offering support to hunt down and destroy those responsible.

SR has yet to encouter an event of this scale, far surpassing many small incidents SR has seen and involved in. SR is extremely anti-terrorist and will stop at nothing to remove the threat. SR would like to help you evacuate and clean up, then assist you by tracking down these terrorists and crushing them into little pieces.
