OOC: Heyo, I took a look at this and I have a few comments to make.

Okay, good mission statement. But be very careful with 'inventing' new materials for armour. Simply making one from scratch is a very dangerous way to design new construction materials, and there is a good cvhance people might not accept.
Displacement: 5,670 Tons
Length: 503 feet
Beam: 49 feet
TBH your displacement is too low for the size given, porbably best to bump it up to about 7000 tons at least and that is if you are using traditional thin-skin construction. Size seem okayish but your beam is very thin for a warship. I would recommend increasing the beam to about 60 feet at least.
Max Speed: 37 knots
Power Plant: 5 Poseidon III Class Gas-Electric Turbines
Radar: ADR Type 8 System
Aircraft: 1 SeaHawk ASW Helicopter]
Firstly, gas turbines alone are a poor engine choice....they are sprint engines, not cruising ones, giving poor engine effiecency and range, even with electrical integration. Max speed is pretty high for a monohull, but is just about feasible for short sprints.
Armament;
1 - 7.5" Gauss Rifle in 1 forward turret
4 - 2.5" Anti-Aircraft Gauss Rifles in 2 Turrets
1 - 10-Cell VLS Unit holding a total of 10 Harpoon ASMs
1 - 18-Cell VLS Unit holding a total of 18 Sea Sparrow SAMs
Complement: 365 (70 Officers, 295 Enlisted)
TBH weaponry is hideous. Guass rifles make poor naval weapons generally, as they are basically inferior versions of railguns. The ammunition sizes are also...strange, with 7.5" way too large for D/P work.
Missile armament is token when basically SAMs are the principle armament of a DDG. There are more effective systems out there as well compared to Sea Sparrow.

Good ole kitsune :)
EDIT: Hideous typos.

read the updated post.
is that better?
edit: also, Tracius is a bit Stronger then Titanium, but heavier, MUCH more Expensive, and easier to crack by bending it., however, firing a Shell from a Naval Gun is not the best way to Defeat it.

Yeah, it looks alright now. Maybe add a few more SAM VLS cells, but it looks okay now. Nice work.
