A meeting was to take place in an undisclosed location, within the vast desert of Euroslavia. The leaders of the nation gathered together to discuss the current international situation.
General Jason Lee was the first stand up and speak.
"We need to build more of a military presence against possible attacks. When other nations hear with word, Euroslavia, they don't think, a military power, if anything, they think of more of a political negotiator than anything. We need to change that. Euroslavia also has one of the best economies, but being a double threat is not enough. We need to become a triple threat, with a strong military that could decapitate a decent sized nation."
Political Science Professor, Aaron Buckman, stood up in protest.
"Yes, yes, you do have a point, but I do believe that Euroslavia could do more within the international scene. I believe that there is a political solution to every problem ever created, and war is the result of the impatience of man. We need to train our current diplomats even harder to retain the superb status of Euroslavia among the world. A military build-up will only cause regional build-ups, and conflicts.
Another thing our nation could use is more allies. Sure, we do have some of the best allies in the entire world, SAVX Man, Nanakaland, Exonerate, San Texario, and others, but there are still some missing. We are making some progress with the joining of Independent Hitmen to our region, but we must do more. We should extend an open hand to other nations, respectable nations. One's that we can completely trust."
The meeting would continue on for the next few hours, debating the same thing, but a military exercise was already planned in the desert, as massive troop and artillery weaponry began to move...
