We need places to train our new soldiers we are recruiting. Our own posts here at home don't have the capacity for training 45 million troops.
We are willing to pay any nation willing to train our troops. Just name your price.
We need combat training,
POW training (they learn to withstand torture).
Survivial training and anything else you can offer.

When asked on what do make of the deal, Foriegn Minister M. G. Merco sent the following message:

"We would be happy to help train your troops. What we want in return would be military equipment, although not much. We mostly need airplanes and tanks. Kamered has desert and tundra, so troops could train over all sorts of conditions."

We can help with POW training. We are sad to say that our nation's history is filled with brutal wars and even more brutal tortures.

Training in Kamered will take one month, and we can train a massive amount of men at a time. Your military could be completely trained in less than 4 months.

We can have the training of all 45 million done in four years and two months (four days). Please understand that they will be subjected to most, but not all, of these tortures. As with all military training these is the possibility of death in the trainees. We would like your assurances that we will not be held respinsible for any deaths that may occur. Troops trained in Kamered would be subjected to a deep torture, but not harsh enough to leave lasting effects. Soldiers would be tought everything from geurilla warfare to trench warfar, and would be trained in almost every kind of environment. Your military of 45 million could be trained in less than three months, due to extra facility openings and less people to house than we expected.

SR offers for your special operations troopers to train with our elite STRIKERS Black Ops unit. The training is physically and psychologically difficult, and the wellbeing of your troopers cannot be guaranteed, but if they do pass, they will be the best you can find.

EDIT: Training includes survival training, stealth training, demolitions, RECON, advanced navigation, special operations, and other objective-based mock missions such as HRT and recon missions.

SR does not require payment at this time for our services. SR forces may, however, like to train on your terrain to familiarise themselves with as many terrain types as possible.

OOC: I was going to make it far more, due to the fact that no way in hell could I build enough buildings to house than many men at one time, but a few cities just got the shit bombed out of them, and I'm for the most part speaking for my region, seeing as they all do what I do. ~.~ Also, my major cities have been evacuated due to panic, so there's enough housing and food from my allies.
