The Commonwealth of McQuaide is prepared to negotiate for the domestic production rights of the following vehicles and systems:

T-72 MBT-- Unit Price 3.2 M, production rights $60 Billion USD.
BMP-3 IFV-- Unit Price 2.2 M, production rights $52 Billion USD.
ZSU-23-D AA System-- Unit Price $1.5 M, production rights $30 Billion USD
M-55 152mm Towed Howitzwer-- Unit Price $100K, Production Rights $300 Million USD.

These are the systems we are immediately willing to provide production rights for. With additional negotiations we would be willing to provide production rights for other systems.

OOC: I've been RPing the former Soviet satellite state of Georgia, and working on the assumption that as such we had several liscences and designs. For prescedence, RL Ukraine sold designs to Pakistan after the fall of the Soviet Union, designs originally made in Russia.

OOC: Yeah, true. In any case it's not as if who made it in RL matters in the NS world, since in NS that nation does not exist.

It possesses our most advanced engine and warp drive systems, giving our navy a much more versatile force than we have ever had before.
