After the disastrous consequences of World War XIII (which is still open to membership btw; worldwarxiii.cjb.net ) most of earth's population left for Space, where a century later they formed powerful empires on new planets.
Ok, so basically, you use your NS pop, and NS economy, and create a planet where your nation is located, or you choose an existing planet (look in the Galaxial Database for planets) and locate yourself there (which is much more enjoyable).
If your a NS space nation better, but even if you're modern like me, you can make your ships there and just be a Space nation there. I really suggest nations join this - it's going to be fun as hell. I don't admin it - however, I'm trying to get more members.
