As it is widely known, recently the territory of Sephrioth was annexed to the Generic Empire, after being disarmed by the noble nation of Grenval. The Empire finds many possibilities in the development of this territory, particularly the construction of the Imperial summer home. Emperor Vladimir Kreschnev feels that the balmy climate and beautiful terrain of the region would make the perfect location for said summer home. The Emperor has issued a statement to all government and private contractors stating his interest in someone who would construct the palatial estate. He has also stated that the contractor who takes up this offer will recieve a hefty sum. The contract will go to the lowest bidder.
In addition to this construction, the Empire looks to redevelop Sphrioth in many other ways, particularly by building large parking lots, oil wells, and office spaces. The Generian International Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is also being planned for construction in Sephrioth, said to feature the world's largest collection of Aerosmith memorabillia in the free world.
