::::::::::::::::::::NEWS HEADLINE:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Several days ago, the Principality of ScottistanSSR experienced a military coup and the powerless leader of that nation was forced into resignation and fled into Exile (most likely taking refuge in a western nation). After the new communist regime was established, the president was quick to abolish voting rights and begin his new reign of power over this tiny, yet economically strong nation. Although the citezens of ScottisanSSR had grown accustomed to the civil rights and capitalist system of the former fledgling establishment, many of them remain patriotic, one man said to us today: "All glory to the Proletariat! The new communist government will bring prosperity and military might back to this struggling contry! Workers Unite for the good of the nation! Industrial might will prevail!"
The former middle class seems unaffected by the change of power, considering the communists have not gotten around to abolishing all civil rights, and it doesn't look like they will any time soon.
On the international front, ScottistanSSR was quick to afiiliate themselves with the 000LandOfCommunism000, a local regional alliance. (Which was something the former leader had refused to do, costing them in trade benefits, protection, and provoked revolution.) The threat of this new country being internationally any time soon is slim, yet the new leader said that the development of nuclear weapons and the improvement of military technology was on his future agenda for "protective" reasons, and is waiting for his economy to fully develop before undertaking any major changes.
