The People of Washibar are no longer a Vassal State of the Lightning Star, Triumphus, The God Falltothzu, and the United Korean Nations! We declare our independence. We have created an Army of 2 million people using the great amounts of wealth we have been ammassing. This includes remnants of the old Army. We do not wish to start a war but if any on of these nations who enslaved us declares war on us, we will be ready.
