The Socialist Nation of Mozzerela would like to form an alliance with any socialist/communist or any left-wing run nation. Our small nation of 5 million borders Italy and is in southeast France. We would like to set up trade relations with any country favoring a socialist system.

Praetonia,while it is normally against Mozzeralian policy to differ relations with capitalist countries there are always exceptions we can arrange for a diplomat to travel to your country if you can provide an embassy for him.
We will do the same if you choose to send a diplomat.
