Earlier on today, two Kelonian research vessels, the KSV Tanshovitsa and the KSV Toman, laid anchor near the island of Jan Mayen, 600km north-east of Iceland. Their purpose is to establish a scientific base to study the northernmost active volcano in the world, Mt. Beerenburg.
If any nations would like to contribute with donations or expertise to assist in our studies of this island, they may contact Minister of Foreign Affairs Dimitri Onoshin, or project leader Dr. Arkady Konstantin.

The island of Jan Mayen - if any other nation holds claim to this island, perhaps we could come to some sort of monetary arrangement - after all, it has very few natural resources other than the volcano itself.
