Monacracy is a government that is based, rather loosly on Truitt's Commarchy.
Monacracy
The Courta Suprema (supreme court) will regulate laws and such, as well as naming laws Unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is made up of 5 (one from each political district) Roylo/Royla appointed and Consla Suprema approved citizens.
The Roylo (Royla if female), or the National Leader has the final say in law passing and vetoing. As for the war role, he/she has no real power. The Roylo/Royla has the power to create a Political Cabinet, which is one person who helps the Roylo/Royla in all decisions about each type of issue, similar to democracy's cabinet. The identification is having the title Politico/Politica before his/her name.
As for the Consla Suprema (supreme council), it can hold no more than fifty and no less than twenty-five persons. The Suprema will include the Minitia (minister) of, Defense, Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs, Civil Rights, and Departmental Affairs. Each Minitia will have a council of four to nine persons, which will assist him/her in the appropriate field. When one council proposes a bila (bill) it must get a 5/8 majority to pass. There will be no more than ten and no less than one Counceil elected from each political division
There however are three new political parties with this new government.
Libera (liberal) Monacraceist: Left wing, larger government,
Media (middle) Monacraceist: In between left and right wing, no real alignment
Consra (conservative) Monacraceist: Right Wing, more power to the individual,
Cittia Rigetto (citizens rights):
~Able to freely operate any business the state does not operate. (Exe: A private citizen cannot create weapons). All businesses must be registered with the state, and submit to regular and surprise inspections.
~Freedom to vote for any legal political party.
~Ability to own land, building(s), and any other property. (firearms not included)
~Ability to represent themselves or pay for legal representation in a court of law.
~Ability to run for government office.
Constitution
~To be able to hold a public office, the said party must be a legal resident of the nation of Canan for at least seven years.

Finally, I would like to write up a good list of political parties which would be perfect for this office. With so many political parties, a one party government (communism/monarchy/dictatorship) can not be held easily. These will be in all Monacracy nations.
Monarchist Party: Moderate to minor left wing, liberal minded. Political views include but are not confined to: bringing more power to government, reducing military.
Republic Party: Extreme to moderate right wing, conservative. Political views include but are not confined to: Giving more power to the individual, creating large military.
Nationa (nationalist) Party: Party whose sole purpose is to balance power between the two main parties.
Note: Other parties may be formed, and elected to office.
This is only a basic outline to what it will look like. Any suggestions would help greatly, and if you see any huge holes in the basic structure, please let me know. CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS ONLY.
