Chimera shipyards;

The Monsterously large form of the CFV Sentinel gracefully slid from one of the titantic shipyard docking and production bays, her black/grey hull glinting in the light of the Sun.

Awaiting the ship there was a small fleet consisting of two Hydra class battleships, and a Pillar class supercarrier. While the number of ships present in the small fleet was exactly something to sneeze at, this tiny fleet had more firepower than the rest of the CF starfleet put together. This fleet was to join the Expeditionary fleet at the main shivan battle, but a quick distress call was recieved from an ESUS ally, the Tithians. The fleet was diverted post haste. (The main battle outside of subspace is over anyway.)

After linking up with the rest of its small fleet, the CFV Sentinel and its entourage accelerated to quasi-space. Several hours later, the Fleet emerged from quasi-space on the outskirts of the system from which the Tithian signal had emerged.

"Admiral Hayes sir! Detecting Shivan power signatures. Looks like they're trying to bumrush the planet. They've got a single Lucifer there. Shouldn't pose too much of a problem." The sensor operator said, taking stock of the situation.

"Understood. Bring us up, full speed! Began scanning that Lucifer! Calibrate the frequency into the Super PPBCs. We won't let them silence more innocent lives!" Hayes yelled in reply.

X1 and TacCom watched the situation, both growling softly.

"Fold a fleet into position. Five Talons of the Grand Armada are close enough to assist."

OOC: 1 question Ekardia. Which "homeworld" are you talking about???
Is it the famed Maris Prime, where it is rumored our people evolved from?
Is it Tithia itself, the planet with the largest population ,75,000?
Or maybe it might be X-77, our artificial planet, where all our spacecraft are produced. I called my nation 'Tithians' not 'Tithia' for a reason. We inhabit some 10,000 planetary objects, with most populations being under 500. You might be able too exterminate 75,000 of my people, but i doubt the entire Shivan race has the resources, time, and even technology to find every single one of my planets and eradicate them. I will be assuming for the length of this RP, that you are attacking Tithia, and will take appropriate counter measures to safeguard our people (not military obviously, but escape isnt that hard an option with an entire race of people dedicated to research).

IC: Some small part of the citizenry of the Tithian main city (if you can call it such, at is contains 700 people)was in disarray, mainly fearing for their 'valuable' experiments then for themselves. Some people began to retreat into virtually invunerable CS7 containers (can withstand laser fire for easily some weeks, exceedingly expensive, but easy to support 1 Tithian for some weeks) Some used the MAR-X device to transmute themselves into a body of pure, unintelligent life, and escape to continue their experiments elsewhere. Some manned newly invented, not tested weapons, figuring that this wouold be a good time as any to test them. The ruler of Tithia (a computer program containing all the knowledge of this planet, assilmating information every day from the people, copying it, then rewriting it onto their brains) 500 Exterminator laser batteries were activated for long-range fire, with approimately 15 shots being fired every second, per battery. These batteries fired upon the Dragon-class fighters. Although the distance was too far away for the computer's scanning system to detect any losses, the targeting system was incredibly accurate, and the computer estimated about 3/4 would hit (note, i am not godmodding, my computer simply takes the odds, calculates how many would hit on average, and then decides that is the most likely outcome)
Although the laser shots were not very powerful, the sheer number of them, it conluded, should bring down a considerable number, before the bombardment even begins.

Reflections upon wartime situations with Shivans, war officer Kihi Metta - Memory bank 7. Shivans are a species well suited to war, with not much advancement happening within their infrastructure. They are beatable with a military of equal power or more. When outnumbered, which often happens, the advanced use of tactics is often requierd, sometimes not even this can save a fleet.

OOC: Ekardia, how did you find my 'homeworld' when in subspace, with no former knowlegde of a relatively hidden race? Also, instead of posting fleet numbers, could you please post what they do, what tactics you use, and what scouting methods they use. It is much more fun to RP with someone who RP's well, uses correct spelling and grammar, and can not just say -

The small shivan fleet came out of subspace out side Tithians home planet it wasnt a very large fleet but they didnt really need one for this. The fleet began to move towards the planet they were going to uterally destroy this planet and make sure there were no survivors. They continued to move towards the planet and began jamming transmissions they were sure this would be an easy victory

IC: The jamming signals were far too weak to have any kind of significant effect, with distress calls being sent out to all ESUS members, this war was going to be quite insignificant in terms of Tithian history.(as was any war)

Th Pelagai fleet came out of the blue of subspace 20 kms away from the shivan fleet. This was the first battle any of the Vasudans on the mighty warships of the Pelagai navy would fight, and they were proud that it would be helping the Great Destroyers(shivans). Ships of all types were there from the 2 Tanen carriers to the 40 Aten cruisers. A large debate had been waged about whether or no to send a Golgotha Juggernaut. The nearly 3.5 km warship was designed to take down much larger ships it was predicted that one could destroy a Sathanis even though it was 2 km smaller.But the Hammer of light council had finally decided to send one of the ships. And so the fleet waited for the great destroyers signal with weapons and engines ready.

Anyway, my fleet has arrived. I was a pacifist nation, but I had some mass production facilities repaired. A rather large fleet, although it only constitutes some small part of my total abilities.

The fleet commander, Kilrathi Reget sighed. It had been a long day, and now his fleet had been commandeered to fight the Hammer of Light, some pathetic little group, insignificant to him.
He decided to help the ESUS fleet exterminate the Shivan scum, before disposing of the Hol.
The Ragnaroks were deployed near the forefront, together with 13 Gorgrael destroyers and 65 Tlathas.
The rest of the fleet was split into three divisions, preparing to flank the Hol and Shivans at the same time. 455 Fighters were used as a bulkhead before the Juggernauts.


OOC: Pelagai, you are not really a very good Rper. I am not, but I put in the effort. Put in fleet movements, character RP's, and try and correct all spelling and grammar errors.
The ESUS will surely decimate the Shivan's, as they have done so many times before

OOC Tithians maybe if you would read it would improve your skill, at rping his ships are in subspace with mine and what do you mean decimate the shivans and shatter the HoL Neo-Mekanta is a part of the HoL and Cf nearly peed himself when he saw he joined. We are building a few more nasty surpries for you and your friends also please post your ship stats.

Improve my skill in Rping? Why don't you learn to use proper grammar, spelling and also learn to RP. I didn't say I would, I was CHARACTER RPING. Not that you would know anything about that, anyway. Idiot.... Anyway I have to go, using an internet cafe, no time left.
