As you may or may not know, the nation of Swedish Dominions was annexed temporarily by Dontgonearthere for a period of ten years, eight of those have now passed and we are begining preparations to hand the govornment back to the people of SD.
Since the annexation went over without a conflict DGNT will not be paying repartions, except to the squirril who was blown up by the school children.

For now we request that the people of Swedish Dominions elect a govornment to take power once we leave.

Side note: Dontgonearthere will be keeping troops in SD for a further five years. After this point the troops will leave and the base will be handed over to Swedish Dominions for use as they see fit. The reason for this further occupation is to:
a. Prevent any nations from taking advantage of the new govornments weakness
b. Prevent the new govornment from turning into a dictatorship
c. Make sure SD does not immidiatly pick up development of his InflueAIDS virus again.

While returned sovereignty is all well and good I assume that you have taken steps to make sure that those responsible for such a harbinger of the apocalypse, aka the air born aids virus, are now unable to research ‘anything’ in the biogenetics field? While we believe that the SD should gain, eventual, independence you leaving before the creators of this virus were,… dealt with, would make the entire exercise for naught. Also of some interest is the names of the administrators that threatened to use the virus. These people should be dealt with as well. I do not mean to seem crass or callous but should they begin to manufacture their little plague again after you’ve left it might be done at a time when you were unavailable to do the world this service again, leaving all of humanity to the mercy of people who obviously have bad judgment in the first place.

The creators of the virus were brought to DGNT, sadly they escaped from their prison caravan somewhere in the Dehydrated Ocean during a major sandstorm.
You may or may not know, but Horribly Mutated Kill Plants are most active during storms, and, well...
The only person who actually got close enough to a kill Plant to take a fruit without carbonzing the plant first had no arms, so all he could do was stand around looking emberassed.
We regret their deaths, but it had nothing to do with us.
