The Republic of Faker than Hollwood needs a small ocean going vessel in good repair and in serviceable condition for use as a Coca leaf narcotic drug runner between Peru and the West Coast of the US. Please describe the vessel you will make available and the quantity of Coca Leaves you will require as payment for use of the vessel.
