The Empire of Simkid is sending out a request for bids for our first military purchases. The intention is to purchase two (2) battle groups. Each battle must be cabable of landing at least five thousand (5000) marines and providing them with shore bombardment from a safe distance as well as support limited special forces operations in enemy territory. It should have good capablilities against other navies, be able to defend itself from air attacks and must be able to keep a large number of combat aircraft in the air flying both bombing missions and combat air patrols. The groups should also be well suplied with cruise missles to provide long range offensive capability. I am requesting bids for one supplier to deliver all naval vessels including landing craft, combat and recon aircraft, helicopters, equipment for the marines and training in the operation and maintenance of all equipment. I am asking for modern and near future equipment only and have about one hundred (100) billion dollars to spend. The Empire notes that no armored vehicles are required, only light infantry equipment.
