Fractured Reality

To any interested nation,
The government of Fractured Reality has recently undertaken a review of its defence situation, and has decided that it requires a modernisation program for its armed forces.
To this end, the government of Fractured Reality invites any other nation which supplies military hardware to provide an expression of interest to provide such equipment, and the type of hardware its supplies, along with any links where further information on its products can be found.
Below is an outline of the current defence requirements of the government of Fractured Reality.
Fractured Reality is looking to build a modern defence force. In particular, we are ooking to build a well equipped air defence force, and also a small but powerful and highly mobile armoured force. At this point in time we are not looking to build a navy with any serious capability, but are interested in aquiring a small force of modern smaller warships.
In regards to our current plans we are looking to build the following forces.
Ground Forces:
We plan to build highly mobile armoured forces, which contain a mixture of heavy equipment such as MBT's, and lighter units such as armoured infantry fighting vehices, Combat helicopters, along with mobile artilery and AA units. Our current plan is to build 2-3 such divisions over the next 2-3 years.
Air Forces:
We plan initially to build an air force comprised primarily of defensive aircraft, such as fighter aircraft, light ground assult aircraft, recon aircraft, and a limited airlift capacity.
Naval Forces:
We paln to aquires a small fleet of small sized warships such as frigates, both for coastal defence, and as a base to train and prepare the navy for further expansion and the supply of larger warship types in the future.
Any nation that believes it can provide either military hardware or advice, or both, is invited to make itself known to the government of Fractured Reality.
