We will help, but we want 20 sq. mi. in exchange. With those 20 we can do whatever we want. The twenty need to be spread out in groups of 2 sq. mi. each. Therefore there will be 10 plots of land for us. Understood? We will send our engineers and construction workers upon your acceptance of these terms.
