I would like to introduce the country of Latinsbury to the world , located in the West Pacific. It is a nation of tolerance and freedom .

Although I am just starting out I have much experience with RPing and forums in general. So despite my limited time here, I really hope you all can take me seriously and not just shrug me off due to the whole newbie thing. I'm not holding my breath , but I felt as though I should make an effort to be known .

OOC:yea NS noobie isn't same as RPG noobie. I have a lot of RPG experience. Though i'm not even NS noobie this is my second nation
