To seperate NL Bombay from Whittierite India. Travel between the two by civilians is barred. For the time being. This is an effort to catch terrorists.

By what right do you construct a poor veil for a new Berlin Wall? This is completely unwarranted and you know it. The Domain will not stand for this. Liang is quite capable of catching terrorists without some bogus nervous wreck of a nation building a wall to 'help'.

This is no Berlin Wall. We are only attempting to catch terrorists.
Unless of course you don't mind them blowing up your troops. In which case we will gladly stop construction and allow them to go into Bombay.
Unless you have a better solution.

The only way you can supply it is through Whittier zone. And like I said, if I deny land access, the only way in is through airlift.
