After the succesful conclusion of Operation: MacArthur, in which the bulk of Magdhan troops were lured into Sri Lanka by a skeleton fleet and then the true blow struck behind them on the west coast of the mainland and the downfall of the Magdhan government at Whittier's hands, the approximately fifty thousand remaining participants of Operation: MacArthur, will be removed from their locations at Mangalore, Panaji, and Lakshadweep and transported via a Liangite fleet to Bombay, which is under Liangite administrative control.
The operation is expected to move along without incident.
Supervising the removal of Liangite troops will be High Admiral Vytautas Karyu, commander of the DLN.
