The New Government, Commarchy, is a mixture of all modern governments. (Trivennist)
Using a Tri-Athority Based Votting System, and Freedom to the People, this in a way is very good and efficant as a government.
The Tri-Athority Votting System is somewhat like Democracy's Supreme Court, Monarchy's National Leader, and Communism's Supreme Council.
The Supreme Court will of cource regulate laws and such, as also bassing something Unconstitutional. As for anything else, this is also where a new law is propossed. The Supreme Court is made up of the 3rd and 4th Councilmen of each Type of Athority to represent thier section of government in important law proposals and ratifications.
The National Leader, or Cemmo (President), has the final say in law passings and vetoing. As for the war role, he has no power but to create a Political-Cabinet, which is one person who helps the Cemmo in all decisions about each type of issue, simular to democracy's cabinet. The identification is having the title Cemmo before his/her name.
As for the Supreme Council, it can hold however many persons. This will have the basics, Defence, Forgien Affairs, Forgien Civil Rights, Sectional Rights, Civil Rights, National Rights, Supreme Chairs, Sub-Council Chairs. There can be more, but those are essential. As for this, major votes and the law making prosses goes thorugh a brutal vote. As for other votes on affairs and acts. As for the councilman part, they are elected, and only councilmen can run for Cemmonial Office (Presidental Office). As for possitions, depending on the size and population of a nation, a 500 million population nation would have five per Chair Section (Types of Athority, Ex. Forgien Affairs, Defence). This can be changed however, mainly becouse there has to be 5 in each chair section in order for the government to work properly. All chair sections (Except Supreme Chairs) must have at least 5, the Supreme Chairs must have 8 or more, and always must have 3 mroe than the other chairs. The Sub-Council Chairs must only have one above normal chairs, meaning at least 6 chairs if the normal chairs have 5. As for identification, the persons name will have the following title, (Admediatly admediatly before anything, the number he/she represents, 1 being the highest, and the lowest being the least) Councilman (or Councilwoman) to (Type of Athority) Name (The name of the person).
This may seem like a Right Winged Government, in a way it is, but in an other way, it is not.
The one place that makes the most influence in the nation, the Supreme Council, is made up of these sections:

Front Chairs (30%): Medium/Neutral Wing
Top Chairs (30%): Right Wing
East Chairs (10%): Extreme Right Wing
With that, this has many advantages over Right Wing based governments, and vise versa.
There however are three new political parties with this new government.
Direct Commarchist: Simular to Democrat, however is Pro-Commarchy and suggests more power to the people.
Indirect Commarchist: Simular to Communist, however is Pro-Commarchy and suggests more government control.
Verdic Commarchist: Simular to Royalist, however is Pro-Commarchy and suggests more power to buisnesses in general, also simular to Republican.
These are the defult names, and as with most nations, a new name will be given to fit thier own needs.
As for Citizen Rights:
~Ability to own a Privately Ownned Buisness, however they have to stay in thier providence with thier buisness or give power to an other in an other providence
~Freedom to vote for any legal political party with no governmental interfearance.
~Freedom to hold as many buisnesses/things (Houses, cars, etc..) as they can support.
~Ability to hold power in office with no political history.
I have taken my chances to push this government farther and direct a few first things for a constitution of laws.
~Must be a born citizen of said nation to hold any political votting, runnings, and so on in any form.
~Abide by those laws set after these or face just percicution.

Finally, I would like to write up a good list of political parties which would be perfect for this office. With so many political parties, a one party government (communism/monarchy/dictatorship) can not be held easily. These will be in all Commarchy nations, except of cource they can be out-lawed.
Green Party: Pro-Commarchy to an extent. Likes more Communist like, however works for the better future. Neutral Wing
Red Party: Pro-Monarchy to all forces needed. Also known as Royalists, these are oftenly found to be agressive. Extreme Right Wing
Yellow Party: Pro-Commarchy, these are democrats of the government (Direct Commarcist). These are known to however be a little peacful, even in times of harsh events. Extreme Left Wing
Blue Party: Pro-Commarchy, these are simular to Republicans and Royalists (Verdic Commarchist). Known however to use force if needed to bring full rights to said nation. Right Wing
Silver Party: Ultranaturalists. These wish for total Czar-Communism and will do what ever it takes to bring this to said nation. Extreme Right Wing (I mean EXTREME).
Gold Party: Anarchists. These are out-lawed in most nations, they wish to total citizen power, no government at all. Extreme Right Wing.
Purple Party: Terrorists. Any terrorists who take office are in this party, no matter what thier goals are. Those nations who support a sertain terrorist organization may have a Purple Party. Right Wing.
Black Party: In a way, this will be Truitt only, and really an unknown party. These are government officals attempting to overthorw a corrupt party which has too much power.
Gray Party: This is the government party that all know about. These however instead of at National level, these try to overthrow Providental Leaders, mostly those who attempt to break from the Union.
Note: More parties maybe added. As for the two last ones, Gray and Black, those are insurance to stop a dominance and revolution formming. Most of thier elections will be rigged to an extent to get that corruption out of office. Only a select few can however know of this, and they are the Federal Council.
The Federal Council is made up of the Monarchy part of the nation. It is formmed by three families, of which are simular to a mafia. They own certain large buisnesses across the nation, of which bring in massive amounts of income. Of which, they also help fund the Black Suits, or Secret Service. As for knowledge, only the admediate part of each family knows of the Black Party and also has at all times one person in each Pro-Commarchy Party in the council, no lower than a 3rd Possition.
Before I end this for all of you to make suggestions, I would to explain the three types of Commarchy.
Liberal Commarchy:
This is somewhat like communism. These are powerful in the Neutral/Right Wing Category, and have a fairly good military. As for the citizens rights, they have the same rights as a democracy's citizens except for the one thing communism is known for, total control of all buisnesses.
Directetory Commarchy:
This is more like democracy. These however are mainly Left Wing, and have a very weak military. As for citizens, they have freedom of mostly everything, most of the time even , murder, rape, suicide (how can you jail someone for that?) or stealing. As for law inforcement, this style usallyhas no laws, and no law inforcment. Not many nations will chose this government
Green Commarchy:
This is total customization you could say. No government is like this, and this is the most many will use. No two Green Commarchy Governed Countries will have the same system. This is mainly everythign I said above in the preview of this government and what it is.
I would like any suggestions, modifications, or anything. As for the name of the parties, system at which law is done, and names/labels, don't you dare try to change my mind, this is all in my mind the perfect government.
Also, Commarchy after the rough spots are out, will be the communist replacement in Truitt.
