Well due to an ever increasing worry aboat external threats and a war which wont end in anorther country anytime soon harador would like to purchase three state of the art high yield Nuclear bombs.These will infact be used as a deterant against a war with harador and also possibly used to end a war in a foreign country if things go really bad.
Harador doesnt have much of a Nuclear project going and doesnt intend to make one ether.
Also harador would wish to make a deal witha number of countrys to experiment with a defense system that could destroy nukes befotre they hit by using a space network.
