Inoffensive Centrist Democracy according to the issues but conservative is what i would like.

Thank you. While such ideological differences would normally foster difference of opinion between us, Doomduckistan would like to continue peaceful relations. Perhaps greater trade, or maybe even a nonmilitary-oriented pact?

By a nonmilitary pact do you mean that we would never go to war against each other because my understanding was was if i have an embassy in a country than that country is off limits unless someone invades you then i give you forces or money to beat off the invaders whether or not the war was your fault.

More details on my style of embassy wil foolow but it will be:
My Specs that I need are
· Two 40 story tall building
· Each story will be 50 feet wide by 25 feet long
· Communication devices on top of each building provided by us that will not be tapped
· Construction will be done by our companies to ensure security
· A helicopter pad in the middle of the two buildings that can be taken below ground to protect it from attack
· Direct access to an airfield in case of emergency
· Diplomatic immunity for all those associated with the embassy
· Citizens accused of a crime will be given a public trial with a lawyer provided by Peacetoallia
· An embassy means friendship in all cases i.e. war, or peace
· Failure to ever meet these conditions will result in immediate cut in communications
