I am starting a roleplaying war, a huge one. World War 3 that is. We will roleplay as nations in the world now. But if you would like to roleplay as a nation, I would like someone who has a little knowledge of the nation just so it isn't far out and unrealistic, also I would just like to state now, I am looking for good RPers and I hate it when people who godmod.

I'd be interested in this, I'll take Canada. As for knowledge...i'm Canadian born and raised...and am joining the army in a year, and have quite a bit of knowledge of the vehicles nad weapons in use with it, so I think I'm good.

I don't think you've been around for it, but there's been a World War III already... and a World War IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, and I think there might be an XIII in store.

Most of them, however, were shams sorta like this. A bunch of people got together wanting to fight a World War, but there was no real underlying cause. So, they got together on forums, and the RP simply fell into disuse with not a shot fired. That's been the fate of WOrld War VI through present world wars, so far as I'm concerned. I just ignore world wars. They never lead to good RP.

You might not be aware of this, but Wales, Scotland, and England are all considered parts of Great Britain. The only reason it is called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is that NI is not on the same island. So your post makes absolutely no sense.

You can run whatever governmnent you want, however, your resources is what the nation has now. You can buy new weapons(realistically), you can have a change in government, ect.
And as for a group in a nation, I suggest being the nation, so you can have your terror attacks(if it is a terror group) and your military attacks.
For example when I was in that crappy ww13 I was Afghanistan, and I restarted Mujahideen and declared jihad on russia.

Well, Russia, China, Belerus and Finland or someone were starting up the USSR, and thought I had a weak government and would turn to anarchy.
So he tried to liberate afghanistan, and turn it into a small communist nation. But then I said he was trying to destroy the Islamic culture so I would get support from other Islamic nations and then I declared Jihad against him.

Do you mean we can only use what our countries have in RL? If that is the case, the NZ army is significantly under-funded, our air force is practically non-existent, and don't ask me about the navy!
