In his inaugural address, Sultan Jethro Q. Nigel Hyphen-Hyphen had this to say:
Citizens of The Sultanate of Freudotopia, friends, enemies, rebel factions, hookers, pizza delivery guys, and Jews, I stand before you today to announce the inception of this glorious experiment in Libertarianism. Though the government consists of no more than four people at any given time, and though I do not have any midlle name beginning with the letter Q, I still believe that I, puppet of the corporations, special interests, demons, prison inmates, Italian pizza merchants, and Rudy Giuliani, can lead you to a glorious future of prosperity and megalomaniacal glory, as is my wont.
I am also announcing the creation of a new social service organisation, acronym D.A.M.M. Drunks Against Mad Mothers. This organisation will seek to aid people like myself in dealing with the increasing problem of angry, drug addicted floozies with illegitamate children to care for. Also I will propose a ban on all televangelists. For too long these madmen have dominated our fine paid programming institutions and I believe it is time for their tyranny to end!
To the world community, I would like to announce our program of peace and cooperation. There are a few exceptions: Buechoria, Chellis, Dimmimar, Elliotopolis, Galdania, McQaid, Muktar, Raymzonia (for attempting to copy our noble and symbolic flag design), Rotovia, Santa Barbara, Skeelzania, Suffraly, New Aryan State (Nazi pigdogs! I have 3 uncles who died during the Holocaust. I'm tired of insensitive freaks like you desensitizing the Nazi party and the concept of "Aryans." When you decide to grow up and beg for my forgiveness, you must lick my shoes squeaky-clean. Come to this address: 1600 Pensylavania Ave. Washington D.C.
