Greetings fellow leaders. I, Emperor Crossman, ruler of the United Imperium of Crossman and sovereign of the grand region of Crossman Prime come to you today to inform you that the United Imperium is looking to increase diplomatic relations with the international community. We wish to establish our own embassies in foreign nations and allow said nations to establish their own embassies here in Crossman. We have been absent from the international scene lately and would like to use this as the first step in our international comeback. We do not wish to do business with nations that support or harbor terrorist networks. Other than that, we have no other real preferences. We look foward to diplomatic contact.
