For a nation of your size, that seems very small.

Yea... for a nation of your size you would want at least 2 mill in the armed forces (enough to cover the Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.)

You also might want to try and organize it a bit.. such as.. you wouldnt just want '100 battleships'...you would want to organize your ships into battlegroups with.. lets say.. 2 battleships and 1 carrier along with destroyers, subs, and escorts.

Just some suggestions.

I believe what would be good for your Air Force would be variety. Havng many different types of planes for different types of missions would be most prudent. You would want to have some spy planes (what I did is I just modified some MiG-25s and made them spy planes), some tactical fighters, bombers, etc.

it's looking better than before, but i'd replace some of the battleships with more aircraft carriers. what are these warthogs- tanks or the buggy from Halo? HUMVEEs can not replace a large tank force, unless you're an island nation. but even then i'd also invest in some M1s. use mostly weapons people know about or can easily imagine just for ease of use down the line. include some mobile artillary for the army.
i'd recomend you pick up
35,000 or more M1s
some F22 stealth fighters
5-10 aircraft carriers, and drop some of the battleships.

I don't really Need an F-22's as the Black Widow is just as fast and can carry More weapons.

as for grounf Troops there armed with AK-47's
