We will not sell to any nations who will likely use it for any of the following purposes:

1. Attack on the United Socialist States of Roosia.
2. Terrorist purposes, as these threaten all civilized individuals.

We'll buy every last gram of uranium off you for 20 USD per LB.
That also means everything you produce for the next 10 years, do you accept this bid?

We here at Moleland find your threat of a blockade unacceptable. We are not using uranium for weaponry. We will not allow you to blockade a nation that is selling uranium. There are more uses for uranium than weapons. If Roosia sells us uranium, any attempt to blockade roosia will be treated as an act of war. :evil:

Roosia! It appears you have been threaten twice in as many days! We here at moleland are not petty theifs. We have our own uranium reserves. However, it is more economical to buy the uranium sold here (ie it is cheaper to buy it here, than mine it back home) If any nation invades you, you can call on us to help you my friend!

The Holy Empire of Aille is fond neither of bluster nor threats, however, we do wish to point out that the unrestricted public sale of uranium is not only foolish, it is irresponsible. If one nation chooses to sell its uranium to multifarious and nefarious rogue nations who cannot produce their own, that one nation will probably find itself most unpopular among nations that deal responsibly with their own uranium. Besides, an auction is purely a capitalist tool, Roosia is exploiting the labor of the proletariat to make profits for itself. "Marks" and "Linen" are probably turning over in their graves.

The Ghargant Empire has also discovered and begun exploiting a large uranium mine here. We can sell it for precisely 1 gonar less than anything Roosia offers per kilogram.
And our terms are not so strict; you can launch nuclear weapons at us, for all we care. Our race is immune to the radiation, and our buildings sufficiently shielded. You'll kill some Wildercats though, and we won't like that. However, if you use Ghargonian uranium to build such weapons, and we can find out quite easily, we shall urge the international community to invade you and remove them from you. But the choice is there, all the same. We disapprove of nuclear weapons. They are primitive devices, which inflict damage to both sides and have inefficient destructive potential.
